I doubt Art was privy to any of this considering the broken telephone fiasco that occurred. Art heard all about it the same way we did.

I think he's just saying that only one person who was privy to the conversations has said anything publicly and it was their choice to say something. I think it's implied that Jimmy wasn't happy with that by saying "that was their choice" meaning it wasn't Jimmy's choice.

I'm just stabbing in the dark though.

It's posts like these that let me know the only reason a pic of Noory without the stache hasn't been posted here is because none of you heard Noory say 3 weeks ago that HE SHAVED OFF HIS STACHE for the first time in 40 years! He was telling a guest his clippers broke while he was trimming his mustache and, as a result, half of his stache got shaved off. He had his Beyond Belief show to film the next day so he had no choice but to shave the whole thing off. Jazmunda, if anyone can find a pic, it is you!

I just posted one in the George Noory thread ahead of your previous post.  It's not very good because I don't subscribe to Gaiam TV, so just got a few seconds at the end of the promo vid.  I had to blow it up quite a bit too because the video was locked to a small embedded size.
