I'm as...amused...by Fort Rock as everyone else here, but I have to state that there were other posts by other members early on Friday mentioning the redirect to the GN fanclub. I posted a response that it was probably an April Fool's joke. When I refreshed the page 12 hours later both their posts and my response were gone, so I suspect the mods were just having a little fun.

i was merely annoyed that fort rock PUBLICLY concluded, without ANY investigation or prior communication with me whatsoever, that his computer had been infected by someone through this website. furthermore, he accused this unnamed user HOURS AFTER the whole april fools' prank had been publicly revealed and explained.

fort rock... this causes me to question your overall credibility, and at this point, i'm not sure you have much to question. your accusation is totally off base, but even if someone DID infect your computer through this website, why did you not report the incident directly to an administrator? why am i finding out about this accusation in a public forum?

morphiaflow: the two posts of which you speak weren't deleted. they were simply moved to the "DNS Is Fun" thread to prevent fragmentation. if fort rock had bothered to take a peek at that thread prior to posting about his "trojan horse," he would have learned that the redirect was just a little innocent fun.

fort rock, if you really do have some anonymous source, i am clueless as to what value this individual's contributions have brought to the conversation. this thread and your purported contact's input have left me feeling nothing but strung along.

OK, so it was an offense against netiquette. Don't take it personally, Michael! This thread is a fountain of speculation and Fort Rock is a fellow Art Bell Fan with a tinge maybe of paranoia. No doubt he has no idea that his suggestion made to an IT professional is the equivalent of accusing a prostitute of having an STD. IT could shut her right down!

Nobody believes it, obviously, and I have also done my share of posting speculation without even reading the whole thread. We're here for the laughs and you gave us a good one on April Fool's -- and with a previously unseen hideous picture of Noory no less.

Anyone with an IQ over 40 (which was hooked up, because mine was disconnected) would have noticed that Linda Moulting Howl was not a fan, which means fake, fake, fake, since she practically comes on the show every time she comes on the show.

BTW, that "joke" he tried to play on her fell as flat as one of his Open Lines shows. Tried to tell her she was fired after luring her into telling the history of how she got in the business with Art Bell so long ago. I was embarrassed for him and had to throw cold water on my own face to get back to normal.

It's like the car accident that you slow down for. And I do check it JUST IN CASE Hell freezes over and Art makes an announcement that means anything. But it's not likely. Art knows his retirement after retirement after retirement made him look a little silly and I think he just wanted to quietly slip away this time and hope nobody notices too much. I say let the poor guy retire, enjoy his family, and his waning years.

IF I'm proven wrong, I'll be happy. I'd love to have a new Art Bell radio show to listen to, but it's not going to happen as far as I'm concerned.

I just can't look away, and Fort Rock is a large part of why it is so worth it. I don't come here for ice cold facts. I want Rock's mysterious reassurance, shadowy messages from secret contacts in Oregon, sinister underground teams, computer hacking networks locked in a life and death struggle for radio supremacy.

Really, I wonder where are the senses of adventure of some of you. Do you watch movies and read novels, or is it all engineering charts and mathematics textbooks?

Here's bizarro world for you. I am doing research and an article on the discovery of the ancient city of Troy, where the Trojan horse was brought into the city gates. The Trojan horse was full of hidden soldiers and warriors. It has been on my computer Maybe somehow that has infected my files. That infection has gotten into my personal messages and I, the renegade, sent an infected PM to one who shall remain nameless. It was a planned attacked by the powers in control. You are seeing an open cyberwar breaking out inmasse.

Now, back to the mad speculation by Fort Rock, it is entertainment. I am looking forward to his next revelation of Art Bell the paranormal comeback kid.

However, I have contemplated the roll of Fort Rock. Could he be a disinformation agent planted by PremRad whose roll was to downplay any speculation,but his loyalty to the Bellites in Nevada have overcome any initial use by the corporation. He is now a man on a mission.

Stay tuned for the next post. . . if the Trojans don't take him out first.

You post once and we feed off your post for ten pages! You are the gas, you are the one keeping the flame alive with delicious speculation. I wish to thank all of you for reading drama and bombast from Ole' Fort Rock here. My mission is at an end! I've communicated in ways some of the more outrageous guests and callers of Art Bell have conducted they're affairs! I do not usually write in such a manner, but I did such to outrage those of you that needed solice after the resignation of Art Bell from Coast! You all were in such horrific moods, and others in such moods that it truly hurt the hearts of those advising Art on his new independent show! My Portland Source has confirmed the suspicion of HORROR REPORTER that Art will announce late this month his return to radio! This will be a Monday through Friday show, Produced by Alan Corbeth, with Kraig Kitchen acting as network producer, Art himself will be Executive Producer. Sadly George Knapp will not be part of the organization, he, under pressure of KLAS-TV CBS Channel 8, will stay with the Noory Titanic. Most stations, roughly 90% of Coast stations will bolt to Bell. It has been a pleasure and sometimes a pain to participate here! I will keep up the monitor from time to time!

there was no virus issue. the coastgab.com domain was briefly redirected to a facebook noory fan page. there was no virus. it was intentional on MV's part. the ultimate April Fools joke. a pretty damn good one.

THERE WAS NO VIRUS ON THE SITE. THE DOMAIN WAS REDIRECTED TO A NOORY FACEBOOK PAGE. NO VIRUS

I think it's interesting that all this happened after I set up the Noory Incompetence Rating system and we began detailing all the ways that George is inadequate. I used to work for employment attorneys and there's something employers love about enumerating employees shortcomings. And when customers (us) start to gather "documentation" for removal of a customer service person, that's when heads begin to have dotted lines printed on their necks.

My theory is that George received an ultimatum and he responded by saying he had "fans" on Coastgab too--they just needed a leader. So he provided these imaginary fans with one--himself or a front guy for him with some heavy editing going on for content.

Also, I'd like to have your opinion about what's going on with Bad Boy and Nighthawk Zone. They seem to be gone ....? A joke?
