Looks like the Premiere censors cannot keep up with the Coast Facebook threads these days.

"Coast is winding down folks. It's winding down."
"Hey, Art.  Whatever happened to Dave Noorie?"

Thanks for the earworm.  I've been humming this song all day.  One of those fun songs from the early 80's that's been largely forgotten.

Anytime man.  I love me some Dave Edmunds.

And how can one take Jorch's broadcast seriously when to this day they use an AOL email address for corporate contact?

„Have you ever wondered how to become a guest on Coast to Coast AM? It's easy.
Just send an e-mail to the Producer stating your name, phone number, the area of
your expertise or the nature of your experience. If it sounds like something worth
talking about on Coast to Coast AM, the producer will call you. It's that easy.
      Write to: CoastProducer@aol.com"

I'll bet that if you asked Art, he would tell you that Paul, his old producer, actually set that up and they have just kept it through the years... yeah one would think that by now they would have standardized on email addresses, probably just forwards to somewhere else. I'm pretty sure ArtBell@aol.com is still controlled by Art.

ATTENTION, ATTENTION ALL HANDS...AND THAT INCLUDES YOU TWO TON, SLEEZA LOINS AND dAVE, (because we know you can't help lurking here)....Today's msg....GNS, carry on, that is all.

Super Suck Sunday.  Tonite I'm listening to one of Art's archives from last week.  Life is good when you go full on No Noory  8)

the guest lineup on coast tonight sounds like it could be very interesting. It's amazing how hard they are trying now that Art is back. I hope it keeps up. I realy belive that George is trying harder, it probly won't be enough but I give them credit for getting what I think are some good guests

9 minutes til the anti-suck.
Now on, and good, especially after listening to a Flat-Earther, well more a nuanced one, on a certain other show. Great job!

we'll I guess this thread is pretty much dead until Art hangs it up. Guess I will be hanging at the Falkie thread, wish me luck. It is like a black hole that sucks you in and won't let you leave

A quick philosophical thought experiment: "If Dave Noory does his radio show from the lavish, new Hawaiian studios and no one is around to hear it, does it make a suck?"

Leave it to whorge to tell the story of the Chinese woman's death with such gusto and relish.  >:(

Amethyst

Today I went online to hear what Jorch's guests had to say last night, but I had to skip the first one.  I can ignore Jorch's inability to pronounce „physics", but when his supposed PhD plasma physicist guest could not pronounce nuclei or nuclear correctly, I had to jump to the next guest.

Then when I tried to listen to Jorch interview Kevin Randle, Jorch actually said, „Well, and I'm convinced the Condom Report [long pause] was set up as, uh, as a sham."  I played it back several times, and I'm sure he said Condom Report.

I think I'll look back for good shows that I haven't already downloaded then seriously consider killing my Coast Insider subscription.  I just hate to lose clean, easy access to Knapp's interviews.

Yes, Brandenburg is a sad case. He knows a lot, but he went completely off the rails. All his "evidence" for the Martian "nucular" catastrophe is contrived.

You could tell he was a little disappointed the 2year old was saved and they way he kept saying "you don't want to watch" etc and then "it is on our website." I'm sure he is happy reckoning that a 2year seeing his mom crushed to death will now be a "mean baby."

Yes, he kept saying it was a graphic video of the mother's death, which begs the question - why was it on the C2C page? Wasn't Noory's reporting on it enough for the ghoul? Dollars to donuts he watched it a few times.

Noory's Mars guest last night actually mentioned "Dick Hoagland" but Noory didn't respond at all to the mention of his former "science advisor" ;)

Reports are that Norry is still a Mean Baby.

Mamasita Norry:  Georgie don't smash hamsters,  you are a Mean Baby.

Mamasita Norry:  Georgie don't leave your girlfriend with the bill for the milkshake and no money for Sinatra in the juke box.  She will call you a Mean Baby.

Mamasita Norry: Georgie don't hang up on people during open lines, you are a Mean Baby.

Mamsita Norry:  Georgie come and see Mamasita Norry, you are still my Mean Baby.

Mamasita Producer;  Georgie, don't smack your lips on the microphone, you are always a Mean Baby.

Norry signs his alias  A Mean Baby.

Twice I heard the guest mention him and both times silence from Norry. Classchic stuffs.

I also heard george mention Arts name last night

Also last night was the first time I can remember George telling a caller to stay on the line as they went to break. I thought last night was one of Norry's better shows. I really believe with Arts return George is getting better, well this week anyway

George's inability and refusal to listen to guests and callers is a defense mechanism.  It has to have come from the way his mother spoke to him the whole time he was growing up.

George, please confirm

You do know you're music 21st man

Thanks willy! If it was recorded between 1955 and 1990, I've probably heard it.  Also some after that but not all the bubblegum boy band crap or rap. I was in my teens in the 80's but I'm crazy for all rock 'n' roll going back to the beginning and before the music got its name.  There is a lot of music from the 40's that would have been labeled rock in the late 50's.
