I respect you guys opinions, but i strongly feel we should simply let them be. Enough of that crap went on last time and got very ugly. Just look at what Nor`ie did to Art in only the guest bookings. It isn't like the word is going to not get out and there is no need trying to convert the ones that don't leave Noare'e's show and come to Art. Those people are obviously inert and out of the equation de facto and part of the mentally ill faction of Jorege's audience.
I'm not going to stoop to that level. First of all I don't want the son of a bitch to have my number cuz I'm not lookin for a date. Secondly, it's just low class at this juncture. Now if Art says give it a go, hey, I'm all over fuckin with them on their turf. Until then, I am defending home base (here) and keeping the PremRats asses red with the end of my boot when they show up. Please join me.

He's here spying on us as usual and if he is doing it his PremRats are here doing the same. I know several by name and they are always logged and never post. They're gathering intel and prepping for attack. Just like Art said.

Oh. Sorry - I wasn't listening to Nurie back then.  I just started recently and only in small doses.  I did not realize that this was why Nurie started stealing guests.

Art will never give it the go-ahead.  It's poor professionalism.

While I agree that we (and Art) should focus on the new show and make it big versus wasting energy attacking a dying, floundering entity and show I would say from his comments last night (and posts here) and Gabcast that Norry, and the paralegals, have already drawn some first blood, even if by lying by omission and feigning lack of knowledge of what Art was up too these days to callers and so on. And proclaiming being the "king" of radio or some ridiculous thing.

And yet isn't it odd that the Huffington Post has an old article about Art mysteriously disappearing from the Sirius airwaves in its UFO section, complete with a little new writeup about Norrie and how he's the king of overnight ratings. And then, a week or two later, Norrie has the editor from Huffpo Weird News on. As he says, there are no coinshidenshes. But no problem, anyone with a Facebook account can post and set them straight as to Art's return. There were a couple of guys who really missed Art.


The PremRats have started already with the Huffpo editors C2C guests, reposting old information that makes Art sound bad and makes people think twice about subscribing while making Norrie out to be an overnight talk show ratings king. And, they're taking down one old Art Bell youtube channel after another. I just read an announcement on one, I won't say which because of the PremRat snoopers, but he's going to deploy. Good luck finding out where you creeps.


And if you're reading this Snorge, if you need underhanded tactics to massage your ego and fool the public, you're the undisputed world champion of fail.

I just caught that. Noory made it sound as though Art was being very unreasonable. No sense that Art no longer wished to be associated with this travesty of his show. Dave sounded all innocent and injured. He told the caller he didn't respond to Art's first request and removed his name only after Art asked again, and did it 'very, very reluctantly. And, of course, no mention of MID.

Btw, he seems to be running Umphen Lines. Dumped another guest?

I think it is still "available" out there on the interwebs though I cannot confirm nor deny it.

That was a real chance for Norry to be a "good guy" and just say the truth, heck even mention Art's new show at least in passing. As the "king" of radio surely an internet-based radio show is not a threat . Instead of pretending he doesn't know what happened to Art and his convoluted explanation (which I think has changed since he explained it in the past) as to why he doesn't thank Art anymore. Reminds me of his funny "a mothership just took him away" excuses for JBW in a way.

His weird narcissism keeps driving him back here to see what we're saying about him. Notice that he told Falkie in that interview that he never listens back to the shows. I thought that was very telling. No ability to self-critique, to improve, recognise his ticks and faults: just blindly, lazily, pushing forward, convincing himself that we 'haturz' are losers and low-lifes which is to completely ignore the evident articulacy and intelligence (generally!) on display on these pages.
As to the Art thing, I'm once bitten, twice shy with this. After the last debacle of Art's return, I would want to wait a good while to see him successfully bedded in and not starting another argument in an empty room before engaging in any triumphalism with Noory. That rather back-fired on us last time, I thought.

Noory should have had Tommy go down there to cover the event and talk to his pal...

With respect, I think you're wasting your breath, Ak. These appeals have been made before. When he started posting here, some gabbers (incomprehensibly to me) were being absurdly nice to him and saying much the same as you are. Gnoory was putting up a sham of listening to us and pretending he wanted to improve. He didn't. He won't. He can't. He's had 12 years and 2269 pages of this thread to do something about his laziness, incompetence and general ignorance. If anything, he's getting worse. My new bugbear is the mirthless and inappropriate laughter we keep hearing while the guest is talking.
It'd be nice to think he could change or improve. Just not going to happen. GNS is an immutable law of the known or unknown universe.

I pretty much agree with you nomorenorry, it just sucks becouse just like a sports rivalry it is less fun to beat your rival when the other team sucks. Kinda like Dallas vs Redskins last year or Seahawks vs 49s this year

I finally found the portion of last night's final hour of open lines where a caller asked about Art Bell.
Its about 13minutes prior to the end of the show.
First the caller buttered up Noory by telling him he has been a listener to c2c since the days of Art but told Noory he was the BEST host. <yuck>
He did ask about why Noory stopped mentioning Art Bell in the signoff credits list at the end of the show, and Noory said Art emailed him to stop doing that. Noory said at first he kept doing it but a week later Art emailed him again and then Noory complied.
In actuality, I recall it was months (or years?) that Art requested Noory stop doing that, not just one week...
In the end, all Noory confirmed was that Art was still "alive and kicking" out there, nothing else to tell the caller about what Art is up to.
