Yes, Noory is not a great interviewer. That can change. If it doesn't, then you know he doesn't care or simply can't do it, but as I pointed out, the guy bent over backwards asking for constructive criticism and was largely rebuffed. Most of the people here--not all--responded with some level of snide commentary or rudeness . . . for absolutely no reason

We could have had a positive effect, or no effect at all. Instead, most of the posters pushed for a negative effect right off the bat. Well, that doesn't do anyone any good.

I think the phrase "Too little, too late" comes to mind.  For many folks here, there was a moment during the last 10+ years where they gave up on GN and could never really get won back, even if he had managed to turn things around.  So expressing their disappointment was about all they could muster.  Others tried to give some helpful advice, or ask fair questions, but that didn't seem to really go anywhere either.

I don't hate the guy, I actually have a strange kind of fondness for him, much like one might have for some brain-addled uncle who always says the wrong things at family gatherings.  That's probably why I still listen to the show.  I don't get the kind of entertainment I used to and still want to get from C2C (a thought-provoking and incisive exploration of ideas), but I still get a kind of odd form of entertainment out of seeing what tragi-comical mishaps may ensue each night.

I have become an instant George Noory Sucks Groupie.  I love listening to him in the same way I could not wait for George W. Bush to give a speech.  It's like watching a really sucky movie, you want to change the channel but you CAN'T.

I happen to know many like this.  The sheer hateful enjoyment of it is why I have always done it.  It's like crack.

Hahahaha.. .  I rarely listen to the crapfest C2C has become, unless Knapp, the sole surviving professional, is doing his show on Sunday.  It's the wit and humor of folks such as Paper*Boy that keeps drawing me back to BellGab and this thread in particular.  Jorch could learn a lot just from that aspect.

  Snorey "hosting" is a mockery to anyone's basic intelligence. All you have to do is listen to the C2C song to get an idea of who he's drawing.  I truly am sorry to say that George is as dumb as he looks - perhaps even dumber if you could imagine that!  The funny thing is that I'm a reasonable person, but idiot compassion isn't going to do anything for this moron.

Could you possibly copy and paste Georges reply email here for us to see? I think I heard that harmness is a word show, can you remember when it was I'd like to hear that one again, hilarious.

I don't recall off hand when the show aired, but I do remember being really pissed off after receiving his email - and obviously I'm still mad about it.  For the record, I did not offer a follow-up response. I just let it go. After all, you can't polish a turd.

I will try to hunt down the email. Maybe if I can't find it, George can dig it up.  Perhaps he would like to share it with everyone?

As far as listening to Coast to Coast, I had not listened for months - probably for at least a year - and just happened to tune in during the "harmess" show. What a mistake. It made me remember why I stopped listening in the first place. I have not tuned in since, and don't intend to ever again.

Well here I go, about to ruffle feathers. You have been warned:) I, like everyone drawn to this site, and posting in this thread, have had to deal with the troubling tone/direction/inadequacy of C2C since GN took over the reigns. I have spent far too many nights literally screaming to the universe in anger/despair at the ineptitude of the show....all in comparison to the gift we had ....before GN took over the helm. All said though, the bottom line is, (and this is what is not openly investigated by the show these days, hence the problems we collectively have with the show) there is something deeper going on in this universe we are experiencing.... and the key word in all of this is "openly". I think GN does tap into this.... but DAMN!! You really have to have some powers of perception to key into it.

Sometime back, I could have written every post in this thread, and part of me still wallows there, but GN has put me in my place more than once now. I'd almost say that GN will lead you down the path of hatred for him, just so he can sit you on his knee, while you are shaking in bitter anger, and then gently explain just what "all the world's a stage" truly means.

I really feel that the core jewel that C2C openly displayed for many years, has just been hidden away from those who would destroy it, under a cloak in the disguise of a bumbling idiot.... and in truth, it is still there for all to see, hidden in plain site. GN is using the illuminti's own game plan, and doing it so well, he does not even recognize it himself..... but I'd bet someone at Premiere does, hence why GN was chosen.

Friday nights are still a bit hard to stomache sometimes... but I generally find a moment that I am glad I did not miss. I kinda miss screaming at George through the "wireless internet"

   Count me as someone who occasionally listens to C2C but hates Noory.
You see there is a difference between the show (paranormal topics) and the current host who in this case is a complete and utter failure. I listen now and then in-spite of Noory. I listen sometimes because occasionally there is a topic or guest I think might be interesting.
  Noory has repeatedly shown himself to be an inept idiotic moron who should be replaced as host of C2C. There is no hypocrisy in hating Noory and still liking C2C.
