My dog won't touch the animals  that kitteh brings home and my dog will eat almost anything. Many dogs don't seem to have the desire to hunt  hardwired into their systems.   They just want to bark and play.  Love both of my pets but I'm glad my dog is not into hunting.

Sans is not used nearly as much as without here.  Perhaps in England they use sans more.  You can ask Pud if he ever comes back.

My dog is a hell of a tracker though.  What a nose.  She's part hound/part beagle. Looks like a large beagle for the most part. I've used her to go look for kittehs who like to get stuck in trees.  So far, our current kitteh hasn't got himself stuck in one though he does climb them.
