BLM shuts stuff down therefore Trump can do no wrong? I don't get this logic.

I have no idea how you got that idea from my post. There's a dick measuring contest in here between what extremist liberal protesters and Trump supporters have done in public. Just whipping mine out and laying it on the table.

The latest NBC poll indicates Trump would be beaten soundly by Clinton in FL and OH.
Romney was a terribly flawed candidate running a hideously flawed campaign -- the one thing which Trump and I agree upon. Cruz would not make that mistake.

No one believes Cruz would win the general election except his supporters who still cling to his nut suck with their mouths.

Not a wingnut.

I am commenting on the fact that Snopes who claims the story is false, didn't provide the reader with the steps they took to either confirm or deny the stories validity.  Is that not something you would want to see?  The path they took to reach their conclusion no matter if the story was true or false?
I can't prove the story is true.

Damn liberal media and their "gotcha" questions.

What is your choice for candidate?  Just curious.

After the 2018 coup replaces President Donald Trump with a military triumvirate, historians will trace the fault line of American democracy's demise back to these two guys:

Okay, so Snopes says it didn't happen, yet provide zero evidence?

I would believe Snopes if they said they called the Chicago Police or reached out to the family, or even found that this guy doesn't exist.  Yet, you take their word simply because they said it didn't happen with no part of the website saying they did anything to disprove it?  The editors just simply decided it wasn't true, logged onto their website and added some words.

Holy shit, are you for real? Seriously, are you truly that obtuse or are you just play acting? The story was concocted by a fake newspaper The Christian Times, which, ironically, has nothing to do with Christianity in the least.

"Christian Times Newspaper does not take responsibility for any of our readers' actions that may result from reading our stories. We make it abundantly aware that some stories are satire, and some are speculation."

No, it started in 1965. You can thank Kennedy, Hart, and Celler.

You will get no argument from me on either of those two.

This is glorious.

Anti-violence pastor starts throwing punches against those who has different political views.

Stay classy liberals.

He was probably upset because who would pay for all his kids by different women if not for the government and Bernie Sanders.

What in the fuck does that have to do with Trump saying he would "look into paying legal fees"? I honestly feel a few of you have left reality in the recent past.

Considering that the president told his supporters to get in people's faces and bring guns to knife fights, I'd say the legal fees thing is pretty tame. This violence is a symptom of a much bigger cultural problem that's been going on for a long while now. I fear we'll see that problem in its full glory if Bernie gets robbed by Hillary's superdelegates.

It's amazing that you think this video makes your candidate look better.  He had nine minutes to say that he doesn't endorse violence.  Instead he implied that more violence is coming.  And made up a new word - "bigly".  And lied that no one has been hurt at his rallies.

Do you believe his lies?

Interesting. So you completely missed the yellow journalism CNN was perpetrating and focused entirely on Trump.

BULLLLLLLLSHITTTTTTT.  Get you head out of the conservative echo chamber that is your ass.

Edit:  Pro tip - it was easy to spot the story as a fake, as it contained the words "black Trump supporter".

I'm actually delighted and relieved to know that. Thanks.

That is what liberals do.

They speak for all black people and badger them into following what white liberals want through shaming them and making them fearful of speaking for themselves

In order for liberals to have any power they need their plantation to grow.

I'm anxious to see the left tear each other apart and since there is a wide political gap between Hillary and Bernie, it's possible that could happen. Hillary has been moving farther left in the campaign to pull in Bernie voters but I think that's going to bite her in the ass in the primary. Sanders seems like a shoe in for VP but would be do it? He seems like a man, much like Cruz, ruled by ideology and incapable of compromise.

Seems to me like he has been running a hideously flawed campaign for the last 8 months. What is going to be different?

I wonder who doctored the video?  Maybe some Cruz or Rubio operative, hoping to make it look like Trump did (directed it to be done), resulting in negative backlash for Trump?

Trump Supporter Who Made Nazi Salute Explains Why She Made the Gesture

Ms. Peterson, who was born in West Berlin in 1946 and became an American citizen in 1982, said she took offense to the comparison of Mr. Trump to Hitler.

“They said Trump is a second Hitler,” Ms. Peterson said. “I said do you know what that sign stands for? Do you know who Hitler really was?”

“I make the point that they are demonstrating something they had no knowledge about,” she said. “If you want to do it right, you do it right. You don’t know what you are doing.”

That is when she made the Nazi salute â€" a gesture that is banned in Germany â€" as a form of counterprotest. But that is all it was, she said.

“Absolutely I’m not a Nazi, no,” she said. “I’m not one of those.”

I read the linked article and this woman's explanation makes no sense at all. Worse, she doesn't seem to even understand why what she did was a problem, especially for Trump, the guy she's supporting. No expression of regret, at least none that is mentioned in the article. Her attitude is bizarre.

Here is part of the Facebook account of the guy standing to her left in the photo. If what he says that she said at the time is accurate, she may be more of a Nazi sympathizer than she now admits to.

This is the left now. We were sitting there trolling and threatening people then when we got a reaction  we spin to the narrative we want to create. What a piece of human garbage that guy is.

Plus it's not like the left is suckers for bullshit social media memes.

"All I know is what's on the internet," said Trump.

The guy is fucking joke.

Trump's candidacy has exposed the true divisions in the American political landscape - not left vs. right, but the civilized vs. the barbaric.
Our differences aside, I'm not shocked we ended up on the same page in this case.

Right. Look at the narrative that's being written before our eyes and forget for a minute the narratives that various experts trot out to explain the problems in society. I'll just add that whatever one thinks about organized religions, one thing they correctly point out is that many of humanity's problems begin with the state of the human soul. If it suffers from any malignancy, no set of laws or social policies will fix the underlying problem.

You realize that Trump's remarks are his own, don't you?  They come out of his mouth, after rattling around in his noggin for a bit.  CNN didn't script them for him.  What exactly do you think makes that interview qualify as "yellow journalism" - aside from Trump's skin tone?

Yeah, all is not well in their camp. I don't think Bernie would take the VP slot for the reasons you stated. It would have to be his way or the highway since he won't compromise on his principles. He's by far the most consistent politician up there as far as his record and beliefs.

It is a wild and wacky time here, politically. It will be interesting for everyone within their own community to see how many become unexpectedly political, for either side. Imagine that old lady down the street who's a widow. She could totally be the opposite of what you'd think, she tosses a sign in her yard. That young couple with a kid could totally surprise you. You see a sticker on their car. Never saw that coming.

It's times like these the quiet speak out softly as the idiots speak louder. The hard part is drowning the loud ones out.

It's odd. You make your decision in your own head, then you sit back and watch it all happen. Not just in your neighborhood, but your city, county, state, and nationally. And to think your one vote doesn't really matter. It's unbelievable we have the freedom to do so.  I wouldn't trade it, I dont want to know another way.

Always a good idea to think of people as individuals, not stereotypes. That way, if you have to judge them, you're doing so based on their words and actions, not who you imagine they are.

And yeah, prepare to see some shit happen in the coming days, like nice-looking, little old grandmas doing the Sieg Heil. That's the individual, not the stereotype.

You know that the video of him being assaulted by a Trump supporter before throwing that punch is all over the news and web, right?

Typically right wing racist Trump supporter, expects a black man to take his beating "like in the good old days".*
