The only evidence that Khadr "killed an American soldier and blinded another" is not admissible in a real court of law because it was obtained under torture (which is an extreme form of duress.)  The other testimony from U.S soldiers there ranged from uncertainty over who did the killing to "it couldn't have been him since he was buried under rubble by the time they were killed."

Khadr is appealing to have his sentence from the U.S military tribunal overturned in a Canadian court of law overturned. $5 million of the ten million as compensation that he received for the torture he received that the Canadian government was complicit in has already gone to lawyers fees  and I would expect most of the remaining $5 million will go to lawyer's fees for this appeal.

If you have no problem with torture, I'd be happy to torture you.  After I get you to admit that it was actually you who killed the "American soldier and blinded another" I'll turn you over to the American military for them to send you to Gitmo.
