The D-Craps, apparently, have thrown in another delay tactic, so Senator Session's swearing in may take a little longer than expected.

It has just been proposed, on the senate floor, that Senator Sessions, NOT be released of his senate duties till he votes on the confirmation of Senator Price to become Secretary Of HUD.

Expect more delay tactics from the D-Craps.  I wouldn't be surprised if there is another round of filibustering from the whiny wankers again.

Thanks, probably would't have seen that otherwise. He, cozying-up to law enforcement, does scare me in many ways, not least of which because he is completely oblivious (out-of-touch) to what 2017 real-life police activity and practices looks like. He's lying to them (or/and delusional, too insulated), reassuring them that we/they are still enjoying the 1950's state of affairs of public perceptions and respect with regard to cops. 1950's tv/film portrayals of cops and cowboys, the good-guys, protect and serve, that myth, has long past ceased to be reconed as a "thruth", and for good reason --  but then, the True/Fake distinctions generally are proving to be Trumps #1in-famy.

Sure I am.  I'm acting like I think you are something more than a detestable lout who would like  to bring down the duly elected President of the United States.  As I have stated before anybody that does that is my mortal enemy even were they to come against Hilliary if she had been elected.  I cannot stand someone who puts their distorted world view ahead of the welfare of the nation.  It's legitimate to register criticism, it's another thing  to be a malicious mean spirited cur.  Yes, I have read enough of your venomous posts to make that judgment.

One major issue I have with Trump, but really it is the legislatures in various States and in Congress to blame. is on asset forfeiture laws by which the police, IRS, etc can seize your assets, or freeze them, and you need to prove the asset was acquired legally to get them back- even if you were never convicted of the crime. I think there should be a mandatory court hearing and the State has to prove the assets were gotten illegally, the burden of proof should be on them. Only exception would be in cases of terrorism for someone designated on a list or within some boundary limit (maybe the same as the border check stations) by the border and airports, or in the case of illegals, foreign nationals, etc. In those cases assets could be frozen but even then there should be a conviction to permanently seize.

I'm suggesting sticking with his exact words, in the context they were said in.  He's abrasive and unpolished to the point you ought to have plenty to work with honestly from that.  Although, frankly, not being a smooth, polished politician is one of his strongest attributes.

Another suggestion is to stick with issues that actually matter.  Some of what you come up with are either beyond trivial, or no different from what any other president has done.

I agree.  That is confiscation and the burden of proof should be on the government.  How hard can it be to prove that some 19 yo kid with no visible means of support who is driving a Bentley and sporting a $10,000 Rolex didn't come by those things honestly.
