In the Senate?  Cloture dropped for all Court appointees, just like the Ds did when they had the majority, except it will be dropped for the Supremes as well.  Hopefully Breyer, Ginsburg, and Kennedy will do the right thing and die shortly, giving us a 7-2 Court with real judges that actually follow the Constitution.

In 18 months, no one will even remember Obama.
