I guess that's the next thing to go. I hope he replaces David with The.

I'm hoping for Jack.

If he has a shred of decency. The world waits.

We're talking about this guy right?

Yes. He's the embodiment of Western Civilization. Every move of his dictates our future.

Or should. Why the rest of you philistines won't listen or follow HOFF saddens me.

That looks so much like the guy we adopted from outside.  Round body, chubby feet and tail, all black.  He's gotten so that he comes in on his own just before sunset.

I say this in all seriousness after 30 years. Can one person explain any iota of success that Roseanne Barr happened to have. Really, she's the white Oprah, I've never met one person who didn't think she was a worthless fat cunt who deserved every imaginable form of cervical cancer. If that fat pig died today, it would be 30 years too late. She seems to exist as nothing more than a viable excuse for the extermination of Jews. Josef Mengele using her as a guinea pig makes sense, but any other use for her is beyond me.

Only, that for a very short time, she appeared to be a voice for hard working blue collar and people living paycheck to paycheck. Then she quickly turned into one of the first iterations of celebrity white trash.

Whenever I used to watch Roseanne I used to feel sorry for Dan and John Goodman.

I don't see the similarity between Barr and Oprah.  Oprah has always tried to be a gracious host, does not push her opinions on others, does not throw hissy-fits, does not appear to have ego problems, etc.  She has criticized certain blacks in the US for not valuing education as highly as they should AND for the crime rate.  I think she's a relatively fair minded person.

Barr is just dysfunctional and ego-driven and obviously her hours in therapy did not 'take'.

When I watched Roseanne, I developed an unlikely attraction for Laurie Metcalf who played the sister "Jackie." If I were in a Conestoga wagon, fighting Indians along the way West, I would want Metcalf by my side... out on the plains, digging arrows out of my back, making bison jerky, and ...

(cough)

The heart wants what it wants.  Stop judging me.

I suspect that Caruthers might have had a weakness for the first Becky, but he will have to confirm or deny this.  She was sort of in the Vera Farmiga gene pool.

Cabin In The Woods > Friday The 13th

This may be true, and when we have a day of the week called "Cabin in the Woods," I will post such poster.  ;)

Would that be with or without a prairie bonnet? I judge not.

Adults made a sci-fi movie for adults once. A sequel is being made and it should be given to George Miller. Ridley Scott can make his ridiculous schlock Prometheus movies.

I have caught the flu.  Lying in bed in a delerium late at night I came across Star Talk on my internet radio.  I reviewed an early school explanation of the tides.  Ok, maybe it was fundamental, but it was delivered with wit and is more interesting than infomercials or a rehashing of the Parisian terrorist problem.  Right afterward was a Conversation with God.  I am probably a late comer to this little skit, but if ANY of you have not heard it, I would really recommend A Conversation with God.  It's a Neal DeGrasse Tyson production and SO good.  It's on Utube.  If Art has not caught it, he really should.

I wonder if Art has yet had that conversation with his wife to find out what her beliefs might be regarding reincarnation?

Regarding Paris, I have a simple question.

Did the Global Consciousness Project EGGs blink?

I made it clear early on I had no interest in the Apple Watch.

I am not a barbarian.

I use the Mind Lamp.

yes but what if the resident ghost changes the lamp color? or perhaps a demon ? or even your $1 watch?

When you said "special watches" it threw me.  I thought you meant a watch that could generate random numbers.  In The Case of the Trashed Out Timex (Alfred Hitchcock and the Three Investigators flashbacks rain down), it's not so much the watch is special, but that due to my many years of living in seclusion on a lesser island in Hawaii, I developed my prodigious psychometric abilities and am thus seemingly oppressed by the spirit of the previous owner of said Timex.  It does help if the item in question was covered in blood at some point with lots of trauma and drama involved, and in that way, it is  indeed a better beacon.

As far as the lamp, I think the rule is that whoever springs for the $200 is the one who gets to control it. No angels, demons, or ghosts are allowed near the electron tunneling unless they coughed up a credit card number, proving their intent.

Don't get me wrong.  I like the lamp.

Would like it vastly more at thirty dollars.
