Yah, there was a very weird vibe about "Let's Scare Jessica to Death" that is/was really scary, more creepy than scary. Can't quite understand why, to this day. The Changeling has a similar effect on me. The others you mention were good also, esp Don't be Afraid.

Have you seen "Let's Scare Jessica to Death" recently?  It freaked me out when I was young.  Watched it a few months ago and was bored.  I dig the movie...it just doesn't hold up over time.
