I talk to her very briefly. She is doing better but still resting from it.

( Amy )

Thanks for all of the kind thoughts and well wishes. Really missed you all.
Also missed two personal interviews this weekend but hope to make those up soon.

Migraines are awful. Still taking it easy, as days after migraine could retrigger.

Tomorrow though, I have the honor of interviewing Jesse Ventura to air this Wednesday.
I will still be live at the helm on Wednesday. If you have anything you'd like to ask Jesse, please drop me an email.
Amy@amyontheradio.com or send me a note through the Satellite subscription DM area.

Will try to make it through all questions.

Again, thanks for all of your support!

Show schedule this week:

Wednesday - Jesse Ventura
Thursday - Loren Coleman (Intl Cryptozoology Museum)
Friday - Jason V Brock

This show is starting to take off.

Please don't just ask him about conspiracy theories. Ask about being the Governor as a member of a third party and how the two major parties conspired to undermine his leadership.

That's the plan!

Hi Amy:

Maybe you could ask Gov. Ventura; if Donald Trump gets elected President, and offers him a cabinet position, would he accept it?

Thank you. 😃

Dr. MD MD

People like to say there are no conspiracies but the Democrats have just been exposed in a conspiracy to bypass the democratic process in regard to Hillary Clinton's nomination. In response they're now saying that this is coming from the Russians, who they say Donald Trump is really working for. Please ask the Gov what he thinks of all this conspiracy talk these day, real or spun. Thanks, Amy!  :)

New plan. Jesse will be on LIVE, Wednesday!  8)
Show starts 8PM Central. He'll be on after the first break.

I have gotten migraines before, but they occur extremely erratically.

Now that I recall, at the time I was sleeping very odd hours or not at all, and my diet was awful along with tons of caffeine.

But, apparently it is familial. My father used to get them, and that's why I suffer from them too.

I got the blinding ones.

Take care, Amy. I hope they go away some time soon.

They truly are debilitating, and people who have never had a migraine don't understand how severe they are.

The word migraine is misused a lot, folks exaggerate about headaches and refer to them as migraines. How wrong they are!

Anyway, get well soon.

Almost show time!!!!!!

Wooo Hooo

GravitySucks

Hard to understand how the same state could elect Jesse Ventura as governor and then a few years later, elect Franken to the Senate.

Probably one of my favorite Ventura calls when he was barking for the WWF.

I saw this live.   Nearly thirty years later and I'm still kind of ashamed.

Politics is good and bad. Mostly bad.

I disagree with allowing popular votes to determine the presidential election. Electoral College is a tried and true system.

Oh yeah, it's consistently corrupt.  ;)

I honestly can't tell if you're being facetious or not.

That is specious. We are not a democracy. We are a constitutional republic. The number of Electoral college votes are determined by the population of each state. If you went by popular vote, half of the states would have no say in Presidential elections. Campaigns would only be run in NYC and California. Most counties in the US do not have the same beliefs as NYC, LA and SF.

As long as the two party system dominates the Electoral College is going nowhere.   The Republicans feel it helps
their chances and the Democrats would be insane to give up the built in advantage it gives them - they have NY, Cali
and all of New England locked up without breaking a sweat.
