The only thing I know about the Goatman is what I've read in Creepypastas. Apparently he can take the form of a human but doesn't understand the English language and can attempt to talk by copying stuff he's heard other humans say. Also supposedly a sulfur like smell accompanies him.

I always heard it was some "experiment" that went wrong (Ft.Mead or NIH or some place) and he lives under a RR bridge?
