He is not asking the tough questions regarding the Las Vegas shooting investigation and quite a few people think that he's part of the cover-up.

I would imagine in the middle of serving her and LNM legal papers and "cease and desist orders" while claiming copyright that it is unlikely that Keith has had time to send the shows over as a gesture of good will for her to use and distribute as she sees fit.  I can't imagine that he is too thrilled with Heather asking people to cancel their subscriptions on paypal in a manner that will cost him the maximum amount of financial pain.  I also don't believe that he has looked past what she and MV have said about him.  I would also think that he does not need her putting them up as "midnight in the desert" archives*...

Maybe after all of the drama is done, and the lawyers are no longer involved he would send them over?

*Would it also weaken his case for owning the show and the name?  If he handed them over could a good lawyer twist that to argue Keith recognizes Heather's claim to ownership?

I would suspect that Clark County also handles autopsies for other counties. I would also suspect that the death of a 72-year old man, known to be suffering from COPD, who died at home in his bed, would not be a priority.

Truth be told, I did actually realize this week that there may be a tiny bit of truth in that.  Long story- but I got to take an ambulance ride this week.  And I apologized to the attendant for "bleeding all over his gurney."  As I was saying it, I actually realized that might be an odd thing to say, and an odd apology to make.

Clark County does Nye County's autopsies.  Frankly, that's a good thing. Pahrump seems a bit "backwoods" with their law enforcement. 🙄

Just an update on Art's autopsy, a lieutenant with the Sheriff's Department just told me they have not heard back, and have now reached out to the medical examiner to find out why it has been delayed. I know from my experience in the newsroom, it takes about 30 days to get the results, because of the length of time it takes for the tox screen to come back. So it is definitely a couple of weeks past due, especially if it was just simply from COPD.

Here we had rape kits that weren't tested for years. Mishandled. FBI labs had their scandals also. I recall hearing that NYE relies on Clark for autopsies and who knows for tox screens. I imagine with Vegas daily affairs and the mass shooting they would be backlogged and prioritize? Good though that you and Knapp follow up on it.

But "at the last minute"?  Hardly. Plus, what would you have expected anyone in Keith's position to do? Who originally paid for those phones? Not Heather.

Nobody made Karen say anything. In fact, if she knew Art so well, why would she go on the air and "rag" on her? If Art loved Heather so much, Karen wouldn't dare. Plus, if you're Karen, and you've got an inside (direct line) to Airyn that Heather presumably never had, you'd know the real MITD from the fake- You'd know that Art would have wanted to keep MITD on KNYE, and not on some rag-tag internet show run by some guy who probably lives in his mother's basement with his fiance and a couple of hairless (and possibly dickless) cats.  Why would Airyn (if she gave a shit about what became of Art's "baby") want to move it from where it was, with Keith, on DMRN?

Why wouldn't Keith "fuck with" Heather?  He's no innocent.  He is petty, too. You can see it for yourself on his Twitter feed. That said, he's known Art for quite a long damn time.   How does Heather deserve any more than Keith does? Keith has more to lose, for starters. Second, No way Heather knew more than Keith about what Art really wanted for the future of his show. You can't work a guy and be his right-hand man for decades and not have some insights that some wannabe host/lover/whateverthefucksheis may have.
