I would imagine in the middle of serving her and LNM legal papers and "cease and desist orders" while claiming copyright that it is unlikely that Keith has had time to send the shows over as a gesture of good will for her to use and distribute as she sees fit.  I can't imagine that he is too thrilled with Heather asking people to cancel their subscriptions on paypal in a manner that will cost him the maximum amount of financial pain.  I also don't believe that he has looked past what she and MV have said about him.  I would also think that he does not need her putting them up as "midnight in the desert" archives*...

Maybe after all of the drama is done, and the lawyers are no longer involved he would send them over?

*Would it also weaken his case for owning the show and the name?  If he handed them over could a good lawyer twist that to argue Keith recognizes Heather's claim to ownership?

It's galling when a married "family" man does something like that.  A man from a church we were very active in owned a restaurant where I worked.  One day, he said he needed me for something.  I was 19 too.  I couldn't imagine what he needed, since he had plenty of guys around if he wanted tables set up.  Once we were in the room, he undid his pants.  I scowled disapprovingly at him, so he pretended he needed to tuck his shirt in and left.  Guess he no longer needed anything after all!  I left, too, and kept walking out that door!  Never looked back.  Must have been great for business, being suddenly short-handed, right before dinner, ha ha.  Maybe next time, he'd wait to until shifts were over to pull that crap... His daughters were my age!!  I hope he worried I would tell my parents.  They had been on church committees together.

Did he think I would just get on my knees and give it away?  He gave nothing!  No free meal, no sitty closey talkie talkie, no hug, no pats, no compliments, no trinket, no charm, no presentation of a "tip", NOTHING.  Not only illegal and immoral, but downright insulting.  I guess he thought he was "all that".

So, the goal is to be on for 45 seconds before confronting her with the truth, facts or anything about anything other than praise of how brave she is to go back to work many weeks after a man she only knew for 3 years died.

40 seconds seems long.  I seem to recall 7 seconds at the AM station I worked at.  Of course, we had to worry about language, not content...
