Non-competes are hard to enforce. Plus it will cost him a lot of money and last longer than the 2 year non-compete. He’d also have to prove damages and by that time listener numbers will have gone up under Schrader. Non-competes are a real bitch to enforce, I doubt either party has the will to litigate

And didn't Utah just vote in favor of banning non competes? Times are changing and to Keith's chagrin. Keith loses this battle, but the war rages on for the toy Bellgabers.
