I'm glad Keith is doing the show tonight (9 p.m. PT).

Being that their audience shrank considerably after Art left, I'm sure licensing costs shrank too.  A small podcast doesn't pay the same for a blanket license as a medium or large podcast.  This may be the last time as a license period may be expiring.

Only Keith knows but this may be his reprise before the finale.  It may also be the program where he announces the next host.  Any new host would probably pick a much more modern set of bumper music clips.  Any new host, seeing that they get a cut of the profits, may want to go with royalty free clips to increase profitability.

I've offered free bumper clips of my own, I should do so again...

Of course, I have to drive a kid at 9:15 p.m. tonight.

So tonight, Myke has Big Jim Fetzer on (which is always a trip), Senda's Birthday video is on, The Art Bell Music Tribute show is on (which I truly would like to hear) and of course Hoagland might stagger on to the air somehow.   All of it is on too late for us East Coasters.  It really kind of sucks.

What do we get out here? Bi-annual Amy show's,   Malliard once a week, LNM is on in a great time slot for us but Vara sounds smashed to the gills
and maybe we cab the first hour of Jimmy Church [gack].  After Ghost got kicked off of Blog Talk Radio (which has to be pretty damn hard to do) there
really isn't much live for us out here.

Don’t worry, in his final broadcast Ghost said he will be back late April/early May somehow, somewhere.  I’m not on gab so I don’t keep up with him as much since he got banned from Twitter.
