Alright Bomar, I am on my way to watch #597 with my morning coffee.  I shall try to behave myself and keep my thoughts to myself.  Trying to do that is half the fun.  Coming to bellgab and letting 'er rip, is the other half of the fun, but I'll try to behave today.

OH MY, I see already, that there are no,  repeat NO comments under spisode #597.  Just reporting my first observation as I start my CTM listening ritual. Perhaps the moderator is late today, or perhaps posters have realized the futility of posting where you have to await to be moderated before your post can magically appear.  I mean, who can have a discussion that way?

Because of the "one drop" rule (if you had one drop of African blood in you, you was declared Black ... and thus a non-citizen) there were at least 6 more African-American presidents besides the African Moor, John Hanson and Barack Obama.  They are; Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, Warren Harding, Calvin Coolidge and Dwight Eisenhower.  As a matter of fact, Laura Eisenhower, Dwight's great granddaughter who is an alchemist (see episode CTM 347) has admitted to the African blood in her family history.   

Even though I can't stand Obama, he's not the first African-American to take America down the ongoing path of our eventual undoing and demise; Andrew Jackson's "Indian Removal Act" paved the way for the "Trail of Tears.  There are literally thousands of Blacks who "pass" for White.  In her well researched book "The History of White People" by Nell Irvin Painter describes how the definitions of who is “white” and who is “American” have evolved over time.

I feel the same way you do Elane.  Searching the web, there seems to be at least 5 other Presidents who may have been Mixed Race Presidents, as Wells likes to refer to him.

On this show, they talk about praying for the homeless, the poor, the vets, etc, and I DO believe in energy follows thought, as in ACTION follows thought.  It seems to do no good to give mental thought to something without following up with action.  The thoughts, and the typed WORDS, do nothing in and of themselves, unless you get your feet in motion, and go feed some people, go VISIT that sick person, and get them a fresh blanket, or a cup of coffee, or read them a book, or whatever the spoken/written thought may be. (And I don't mean "send money", via any organization, or any other means).  To say it or type it just thinking, or wanting OTHERS to think, you have magical powers, well, I have a bridge to sell you.

Grassy Ass, as our Mexican friends say. I think the going theory is to why these types are still alive is that BECAUSE they tell the truth they CAN'T be killed- lest the 'sheeple' get 'woken up' and pay attention to what they say. Or some variant of that.
