He was speaking at one of our conferences and I saw him morph into an alien for a few seconds.  It was one of the craziest things I ever saw.  He looked vaguely like a lizard.  Also, even though I was at the back of the room at the consoles he seemed to notice that I noticed him shift and immediately "fixed" it and he was normal looking again. No one else seemed to react.
