Easy way to solve this problem:
Have callers call Jacobs' home and relay the convo to Art.

I had a experience that confirmed that there is truth at the core of Whitley is saying. The experience happened way before communion was published, but it was the 'wooshing' noises told about in the book that floored me. My best friend experienced it with me. We talk about it still to this day.
