Wish it were that simple. Think of getting a life with numerous physical problems, lonliness, poverty, etc. They will keep giving you these until you conform.

I agree Dyna, but....that's assuming reincarnation and karma which is another
kind of religious spiritual belief.  Seems to me it's another kind of judgement.  If the life was
so difficult that a person couldn't live through it, it would be a recurring hell.

with accounts, and he actually comments on some mentioning that they are exceptional
or remarkable.  Makes it easy to scan through for some really cool accounts.

I'd really like to see him back on the regular airwaves too, just in case I don't have
internet access (like when on vacation without a computer). 

As to George Noory (sp?), I always liked the man.  Seems like a very nice guy.
But back when he took over, I stopped listening because he never
seemed to quite "get it."  He does let people give their stories
and I'm glad that he continued the forum, but it was never quite the
same.  I hope his show thrives for what it is.

You had a right to be upset.  I'd be pissed.  What kind of authority is she?  Plus, that's not how you handle things regardless. 

I don't understand the apparent outrage. What should the nurse have said?  It is a part of life. Perhaps the nurse did indeed sense the presence of the person. Perhaps that was her way of trying to help. Perhaps the nurse was trying to give the idea that death isnt the end.Too many people have the idea that death is something wrong.

Mrs Duke has been a cardiac intensive care nurse for almost forty years.  She has never had a paranormal experience on the job nor ever had a patient who crashed who talked about an NDE.  To her knowledge it's the same story for her medical colleagues.

That is very weird. Not saying I don't believe you, just that it is inconceivable to me that in 40 years not a single person said anything. Perhaps its the area you live in, a collection of closed mouth Stoics.

Exactly what are you skeptical of ? The ultimate explanation or the fact that they exist regardless of explanation? I have been studying the NDE phenomena since Raymond Moody was a pup and it is probably the most objective phenomena out there that supports the notion of "life" outside the confines of the physical body.

Dayton, OH. Pretty much. Part of me wonders if Dayton is such a shit place because all the NAZIS that were scooped up by Operation Paperclip may have clustered around the base. There's such a German/Eastern Euoprean influence there it'd be easy for NAZI war criminals to hide. And then Wright Patt is right there.

This is based on nothing. Pure speculation. But yeah Dayton sucks.

Just finished the show on the archive and I think it is one of the best MITD shows yet!  Shows like this make me wish Art chose to do a four hour show.

Also, I think the backyard bigfoot lady called in.
