I think it's a fair pairing. Stanton is probably too old and doesn't have enough new stuff to say to go three hours. Weidner would be cringe for three full hours. Having them on together strengthens each strengths and hides each guests' weaknesses.

11 and 12 had issues too. I think someone already mentioned it, but the LEM was landing on fumes the first time they came in. Almost every mission had some level of alarms or problems.
