Three's enough. I need to sleep by 3am

I work all night and am on est as well. 4am would be most excellent. You could always listen to the last
hour with a headphone in your pillow...

The "Circle" scream commercial reminded me of this for some reason:

Build up slowly, like maybe 10 minutes today and then work up to 15 over a week.  You need to develop a tolerance.

maybe thats the issue i had earlier in the week..i sat there for an hour or so...but it was the first night and that was Gold Jerry..gold

I keep saying it- but the difference between a show hosted by somebody who wants to be there and somebody who is paid to sit there is amazing.  Periscope demonstrated just how much Art seems to be enjoying himself.

The ride was worth the wait.

George Noory is doing the same thing.  Here's the live stream.

and now, some stories about NASA from 50 years ago. not complaining. just predicting.

whoomp, there it is. yep, I just quoted myself.

slippingaway

I almost got through.  He picked me up during the top of the hour and put me on hold, then 42 minutes past and the show ended with me still on hold.  I had bullet points and everything! Could have been in and out in 2 minutes FLAT!
Here were my points:

You may have been a huge influence on the Indigo Children
My generation has a lot of “CHILDREN OF THE DESERT”

The lines seem more packed than they did on Dark Matter, has your audience already surpassed your XM following

Maximizing the stereo: panning guests slightly over to one stereo channel, and Art on the other, like sitting at the table with Art and his guest?

Dr. Roger Leir â€" Sadly he is gone, but is there anyone else that is picking up the torch? By that I mean an implant removal surgeon willing to do interviews.

Goldylocks planets [referring to the Earth 2.0 story]: training radio dishes on them, leaving them there for the foreseeable future “just in case”?

Weekend Hosts?

yes. Bryan Alvarez Sunday 9-11 Pacific. After Dark Radio.

I was time traveling for the last 3 hours.  Got home just in time to hear the start of the show and you guys already had 15 pages in this thread.  I spent the whole show listening live, but reading about a half hour behind the show.  Weird experience, but kinda trippy.

Thanks Bellgabbers for some fun reading material, and thank you Art Bell for the inaugural episode of Friday night open lines.  Are you having as much fun as it sounds like you are?  :)

Thanks.  My, hes looking fine today.  Very natural.  In my profession, we have a saying; Never give up, though things look black.  'Till a case is closed, a man could bounce back.

Cheerio, I better be... shoveling off.

Great show Art!! Especially the brief look into your studio!!  ;D

Thanks for the link.
Terence's interviews are one of my favorite C2C shows. Fascinating discussions.

Sounds like it would have been an interesting call.
Keep the notes and try again next week. I'll be listening for those talking points.  :)

Yeah, I have my regrets, sorry.

MV/Liberace!

tonight's open lines show was the most enjoyable thing i've heard on the radio in years.  this thing is going to just keep getting better.  there were several moments where i had the biggest grin on my face listening to art do what he does.

That's the most roundabout way to say that you love hearing my voice. Thank you MV. You're welcome.
