The Real Estate Agent/Mayor/Owner of Town, wanted to retire to Panama, so made me an offer I couldn't refuse to own the whole town!

Will have the Bank up and running soon, making loans to purchase homes, start up business, city hall, school and a church too.

Now that brig has been hired as the new Bank of No Limits, Chairman of the Board/CEO/Senior Credit Officer and Coffee Girl, she can handle all real estate sales and credit approvals... but I envision Serenity in the church, using its steeple to send out sweet podcasts and free Wi-Fi to all subscribers (current taxes paid) and you RoseGirl in this mystical house with magical indoor and outdoor trees.

Also as town Mayor, I've decided to use town funds to purchase the Ark pictured below, never know when we may need one.

brig will busy running the Bank of No Limits but I have this building, set aside for all the special morning people of Bella-Haven to gather when the grass is still moist and song birds are chirping.. share coffee, hookahs, meditation and spiritual yoga. (membership is not tax deductible, all unpaid usage fees will accrue interest and late penalties)
