What a wonderful concept for our town. And there's entertainment, too! Tonight's Future Theater will be solid and fact-filled, for once ... with Noe Torres and Ruben Uriarte discussing one of more compelling UFO cases in our country's history: the 1955 Del Rio crash.

It's a good companion piece to the summer-of-saucers work of Frank Feschino, which is in this thread:

Is there rental space in No Limits for Future Theater? We do require running water.

Oh Great Nancy! My camp guests and I will visit the theater tonight.  Do you serve pop corn?  If not, I can make a batch up for everyone, since there are no limits to my pop corn maker.   (We might get a little loud, hope you don't mind too much)

Yes. Popcorn is on the menu! Fresh from that cornfield on the outskirts. Served with copious butter, of course. And those cute little napkins with buzzards on them, which White Crow was giving out at the Open House.

You know...instead of a Chamber of Commerce, I think we need a Chamber of Coupons....or perhaps a Chamber of Freebees.

I think White Crow said all coupons will be made out of chocolate, made by Chefist.

Thanks for the reminder Nancy; and good to see you.  Sounds like an interesting show ...
So many podcasts, so little time (lol)

Our Mayor was interviewing Willy Wonka for the job.  I think he got it.  He had to show an ability to make little chocolate worms, buzzards, and black Crows.  I think he did very well.

Had he made the Crows out of white chocolate....he'd have been short listed.

It is unfortunate but I must remain in the Gulf South. The SgtMaj's roots run too deep, as do mine. My responsibilities lie here. I will have to derive my pleasure from pictures and the internet to keep up on the progress of No Limits. I am hoping that this will spur you WhiteCrow to get your ham license and to keep in voice communication from the new habitat. This reminds me of a community in Idaho called the Citadel http://www.iiicitadel.com/index.html. Though it sounds more like fun then isolationism like the Citadel is.
*bows deeply* It;'s going to be great Crow!

Serenity, I was recently in Idaho myself with the mail man!  Our little town of No limits may require military assistance from time to time.  Can you fly up to protect us from others if they threaten to place limitations on us and the Mayor is out of town?

White Crow...i require some clarification.  I would like to run a camp for all people with MS, Cerebral Palsy, etc, but I need to know, do these people also have no limits?  Once they arrive in your town, do any physical limitations disappear?  In my day camp, we will swim, run, play football, and visit the No Limits Theatre.  I have all kinds of plans.  I just need to know if I will have to build a ramp for wheel-chair access.

Made it home safe and sound. The Ark of no limits needs a few repairs to be ship shape again.

Gabrielle, your goals are commendable!
Hopefully the spiritual enlightenment of the gentle residents of No Limit should have a healing effect, to all who come with 'any' limitations.
Don't worry about building any wheel chair ramps. As town Mayor, I'll apply for assistance from the Federal government ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Grant Fund for all accessibility requirements.

gabrielle

Excellent WhiteCrow...I am sure the government will oblige.  I am constructing a football field and a swimming pool in the back yard of house number 2.  Since I didn't need a permit, I just went ahead!  If Ms C needs more room for her animals, we have lots of room over here.  As part of our activities, we will volunteer at Ms C's animal shelter each morning.  Animals are very therapeutic.  I hope someone who knows how to teach horse back riding moves in soon.

I used to show horses at local horse shows and teach riding to children, but that was decades ago.  Don't know whether I'd still be any good, but I'll throw my cowboy hat in the ring. :D

Starrmtn...that is so generous of you.  We campers love riding horses and even cleaning out stalls.  Of course, in the Town of NO LIMITS, we get to ride horses until we are tired, as long as the horses are up to it and feeling fine.  The children at my camp are always willing to help out at the animal shelter in return for the training you will provide.  We are so grateful.  Movies, horses, kitties, puppies, movies .....I love this little town. :)  Of course, at night, we all listen to Art who is streaming for free to all !

I'll try to help too, even if its just feeding the horses and giving them some exercise.  I have a cowboy hat, and I used to ride horses back when I was 6 years old.  I don't remember anything fancy, but a ride around the field sounds just wonderful!!!

I listen to Art every night (Well, ok, so sometimes its in the morning on replay with coffee from Serenity) the Outsider, and Hoagie too!!  I listen to those everyday, and CaravanToMidnight,. I also listen to AstroGuy and bateman when their shows are on.....not to mention GabCast and Trainwreck.  Of course out there in North Dakota, it will be 3 hours earlier than here I think, so I will be able to stay awake for the shows  ;D

My dear gabrielle, you can rest assured that should you need, myself and the Screaming Beagles will swoop in, in the nick of time of course and fight tooth and paw to protect No Limits and those brave souls that inhabit the town. No one will harm my extended family without going through this plankholders ring of defense, violence of action and superior tactics.

Ah, Adama.  "So Say We All!"

I love that series.  Binged watched it 3 times on Netflix streaming.  Unfortunately, it's now available only on their DVD selection. :'(

Well now we can all rest assured that we are safe in WhiteCrow's town of NO LIMITS!!!   We may need some surveillance and I think SV may be of some help.  Serenity, you are our military industrial complex without the financial interests.  White Crow said we don't need money here.

Some of the camp goers would love a ride in the chopper from time to time...just for fun.
