Good articles. 

Yup, a lot of articles like these have a tendency to disappear for a lot of different reasons, but when they are actively wiped, you can be pretty sure the technologies are being used or tested. The problem with them disappearing is that people that have never heard of them have an inclination to relegate the idea to 'woo woo space'. There were certain topics Art wouldn't touch and I'm pretty sure this was one of them. At least I don't remember any shows Art did on the subject. He may have done one or two shows on the MK project ( which comprised a lot more than just MK-Ultra ), but he never really got deep into it. Something like this, where there is hard science to back it up, is damn interesting.

That's a good article I recall that paper when it came out. I'm sure there is stuff going on that would blow our minds even more. And I really wonder what is going on in countries with far less concerns about civil rights and less over-sight (not that we are perfect in either of these regards as history has shown.) A 'mad scientist' in places like China etc could really be doing some crazy stuff.
I can't find it now but I also saw something about the ability to make sound appear from nowhere (like a ghost or voice of God etc,) Something about two (or more) signals broadcast from different locations and when the signals hit each other it would reach human ear ability to hear. So would, to the hearer, seem like a voice/noise is coming from nowhere (God talking to me, am I going crazy, etc.) This is not that but a somewhat similar idea
