I've heard no one make the point that given our insanely litigious society the zoo probably made it's decision since otherwise they may have been massively sued for negligence.  Parents and/or individuals are no longer held responsible for such reckless actions so institutions have had to adopt such draconian measure to protect themselves.

Tim called him first but Hoagie accidentally disconnected on him. Hoagie then spent eight full minutes of show time trying to call him back. This was a half hour ago. He's been on with Tim ever since.
