I can only eat tofu if it's in hot and sour soup.  I try to avoid it.   I've cooked plenty of it in many different ways and styles.   I hate it no matter what.

Keith was awful and sabotaging the show. Fred, the owner of this station, absolutely loves Hoagland.

Don't succumb.    A lot of the info is false.  In my last full time gig I spent years listening to bullshit that really wasn't true.  What was good, what was bad...organic, vegan, etc.   The owner followed every blog or hiccup of false information.  It was really frustrating.  Quite frankly that tenure was the last straw in my "career."     Unless it's small gigs or occasional catering, I will never work in the industry again.  I'd rather die.    ....sorry to be so dramatic.
