i find the paypal thing odd. there are only two ways to cancel everyone's MITD hoagland subscription. 1, keith, if he set up every hoagland sub to go to one account, separate from art (of heather) is to simply call and ask all to be cancelled which takes 5 minutes by locking the account for a few minutes and allowing the cancellations to propagate to all data centers or 2. individually from the front end customer interface which is a huge pain in the butt to match up customer emails to subs, especially if he pooled all subs into the same account. option 1 is easy. i worked there for 9 years.
