Thanks 21st.  Rock On.  :)

Sorry man, they put 29 videos up on this list.  Some are repeats.  You'll have to pick and play in the proper order.  Get the cd.

Wow, the stereo on that track is amazing through headphones. Extra guitar notes that mesh nicely and a bit more flamboyant on the electric organ. Almost a different feel to it.
I like it.  :)

Hey... no worries, I've had YT mess stuff around like that too. I jumped to the playlist and found it right away. ;)

I am upset after reading this thread, I LIKE Hoagland, he's entertaining in the way Bell used to be looong ago. In my opinion, and in the opinion for friends, Art is losing it, he's aging and his head isn't right. I am disgusted by his support of the racist buffoon Trump who's trying to start a brownshirt jackboot movement.

But with Hoagy we've got a guy that is pretty good at talking and being intersting, and should have been given Bell's spot, it's stupid that this Heather chick took the spot, she's Noory #2 plain and simple, and she has a very annoying affect to her voice.

Hoagland, or as you all seem to love to call him, Hoaxland, we've got a very very rare alternative viewpoint: He doesn't let hucksters go easily, he challenges them, sure, he let's them appear on shows, but he makes them justify to a certain level, their claims. Furthermore, he's one of very very few to support Sanders openly (our next president) with reasonable observations. I am so sick of the wildling madness coming from the likes of Alex Jones, Glenn Beck, and Rush Limburger, they don't represent intelligent thought and stir the soup of hate in this country.

I am upset that Hoagy is leaving if that is true, and I suspect it's because Art won't let him have the good spot and they are giving him a hard time for supporting Sanders. Well screw Bell.

yup..I think him and Keith got into it over the phone or something

well, with snappy domain names like darkmatterrowlandnet.com, i'm sure it'll all work out.

The responses are hilarious. Go through the #dmtalk feed if you want to laugh your ass off.

i was under the impression that the #dmtalk group was friendly toward dmrn.  i checked it out last night for the first time.

They were always snarky, even when Art was hosting, but they're a hornets' nest now. A hilarious, angry hornets' nest.

They especially liked the wishing machine infomercial.

except he doesnt challenge hucksters..unless you consider talking over them challenging them..he has lousy guests..not interesting ones..he has the same people on over and over again with in weeks..thats Noory level stuff there ...Hoagie is a con man through and through...who while he may have intelligence..perpetrates a lie of being some great science mind..and he keep going on about politics when most do not care about politics..at the time he is on..people are looking for an escape of the every day BS

then he wants to through his physics..torsion field..what ever into every little thing and on top of that..he sees shit on the moon and planets that are just not there

laserjock

I like some of his guests, and sure, he pushes the moon stuff a lot, but some of the things do look curious, one has to wonder if life on Mars did exist at one time. If you don't like huxters having time on air, then no show like this will appeal to you, and if you are still listening, why? As far as getting different guests, he needs a professional to help him with that, and since Roland's network is so un professional, maybe if he got on something pro he'd have a pool of resources that would help him. I have fun listening to him, and he doesn't grate on me like Heather the Weather.

His last encounter with sci-fi in general seems to be the flick Silent Running which he probably caught at the drive-in while building geomtries with his popcorn.

He also seems to only be familiar with works by his 'friends' like Clarke, Heinlein, Asimov, etc.  Like dude, I've read lots of books by people I don't know, hehe

He definitely needs to do a cyber-punk themed show.  Nanotech / A.I. / Transhumanism all cool topics too.
