Oh man, Ian Punnet, then Art, now this! I'm upset. I want Richard back.

never heard of it before now, but it looks good. mississippi was the first time i ever got ejected from a casino.
Nice. I have only been asked to leave 1 time and that was in Washington at an Indian Casino. I took my shirt off while playing craps and droped my beer in the pit. I was wasted. What did you do.

I heard he painted his body to look like a slot machine then walked around naked trying to get people to pull his lever.

Edit: The Aussie chick (Zoey (on the hood)) was a real stunt-girl too, plus I thought the entire flick had an awesome soundtrack.
There's also a Mad Maxx scene reference in this clip when they cross the bridge.

did anyone see hard eight, the paul thomas anderson movie? fuck those actors are so good. it had philip seymour hoffman in one scene playing craps at a casino, and he was a serious cuntyhole. RIP, what a tragedy.

I did see but years ago. I remember liking it but not much else right now other than Hoffman takes that guy under his wing to become a "successful" gambler. I should watch that again too. PTA reminds me a bit of LVT (Lars Von Trier) in that they both do weird and intense but very personal movies and both generate a lot of controversy and mixed reviews in doing so.

Too many 3-name people! Of course, Hoffman is the guy who died of a heroin OD a few years ago. Speaking of him did you ever see Synecdoche, New York?

Anyone ever see this? It's comic genius! The very last skit at around 1:26:00 is particularly hilarious and very apropos to this forum.  ;)

Yes! Have an afternoon free. It's a big, rich and deep movie...but funny too.

Hey, can anyone see the AC/DC vid I dropped ?
If I go to youtube, I can't play it, but I pulled it from a secondary site, and it plays just fine. :o

Cool, I'll have to check my browser settings.
The room's no fun if we can't drop snarky comments. :o    ;)    ;D

I saw that movie Frequency that Art recommended when he was last on. At first I thought it was going to be cheesy but it really grew on me and by the end I was kinda sold.

I liked it. Pretty good flick. :)

WoW, finally. The snooze-fest is done. Important topic - yes. But those two just sucked all the life out of it.
This shit's gotta change. :(

i wonder if hoagland will be on at all next week.

in other news, that 9/11 post by art bell on the big brother site seems to have taken a life of it's own. i bet art deletes the whole thread in the morning.

i started to lose my network connection about an hour ago and didn't even resume the stream.

Take Care guys & have a good weekend. This week sucked. Hopefully improvements will be forthcoming. Shit man these shows are turning me into a complainer. I don't like this one bit.  Anyway...
Enjoy yourselves guys.

I'm gone.

half of the people posting in his comments are sensible, but the other half seem to be lonely and void of individualism.

OSOM looks like its dead in the water.
I like Robin, but I'm not interested in Alternative Health. I like Hoagie, but he has trouble getting out of a few comfort zones.
