The problem with that is it's still coming out a digital system, which naturally emphasizes odd harsher sounding harmonics.

I can usually hear the difference in mp3s and flacs with a CD. But vinyl rips I can't tell any difference really.

LOL.  Plus Papa Joe was also a Nazi sympathizer but you will never hear this mentioned in the rags. never said i listen to vinyl..i would if i could but i dont..i also do not work in a bookstore again..would if i could though..but trust me..i am nothing like a hipster lol

MP3 is terrible, ACC and FLAC are much better.
I get a kick out of people that spend 5 grand on a home system and play MP3's through it.

It's better because it's loseless, meaning the files are huge. I actually don't hear a significant enough difference to justify upgrading from MP3.

I listen to all my music through headphones. Superlux because I read online they were ridiculous good for the price.

FLAC is a lossless codec.

Free Loss Less Audio Codec
ACC is also very good.
