true..and above all..might not be any civ at all
yep could be a weird type of star they haven't discovered before that varies in light output by a significant amount at irregular intervals due to something inside the star that we don't understand?

*sigh* I've given in and am listening to both shows at the same time. I hate you people.

Listening to this show these days gives me that unclean feeling I used to get from Noory's shows.  I may have to bail before I get stuck in the torsion field quicksand.

yup..thats one of the issues i have..just cause it doesn't act like something we know doesn't mean its aliens

And as soon as I start listening I hear Trostol's theme song. WHY? This is Hoaxland trying to fight back against me.

Yeah I feel the exact same way. I kind of want to listen because I have a feeling something really funny is going to happen tonight but at the same time, do I really want to waste two hours on this asshole?

Actually come to think of it... fuck it, I'm out.

The possibility of another star or large body pulling comets in front of it was the most plausible suggestion supported in the paper released about it.  It may sound odd, but we're talking about one in 150 000 stars.
