I'm of the belief that Hollywood is half very intelligent and half fucking crazy egomanic. I imagine when this guy starts fucking up bookings and relies on his friendship with Hoags that Hoags will go crazy. Plus I imagine being an underling to Hollywood has to be next to impossible. Especially with the staff meetings where it's just you and him naked while he's sitting there stroking a cat telling you what he wants.
