Though she, and others, might run afoul of some criminal stuff I think she might be what is called "judgement proof" considering that they had to beg to get transport for their precious dog and considering the history. So the "patient" or family get a judgement- what to collect? Some old Bulova wristwatches and an old laptop? (I could be wrong, maybe the financial straits claimed are not so.) Having said that another, Sean David Morton, should have money, somewhere, considering the size of his scams and frauds. Amazing that such characters can make so much money. I used to use one that was sold in the skymall catalog but the TSA stopped allowing them some time ago. Not sure if they would catch them every time in your carry on though because they look like a transistor radio.

p.s. Now that I think of it, I believe mine was a negative ion generator. Not sure if it was really ozone.
