We played this game a year ago. Until I hear Art back on some form of show I'll stay cynical.

I was really excited about it, especially the build up, discovering that Art walked among us, watching hidden links, the music, everything. I really enjoyed it. The way it all ended was just such a let down. It's tough to get the excitement back after all that. The opening show seemed so cathartic, and then juxtaposing that with the way the run ended just sucks. I even thought the Halloween show was pretty good.

The thing with making us have to hear this shit through secondhand sources (copied and pasted Facebook posts, or "hey, did you hear Jimmy Church say...") is starting to piss me off as well.  Starting to think that if it was important enough, he'd tell us his damn self, or it would make it into a news article.

I think its what Etouffe posted on the GN Truthers thread...Art is going to make a guest appearance at a Phil Hendry live show at the Improv on July 30.

So what.  He's been trying to get Art on his show for a while now.  And I guess that would be cool if he did.

As others have pointed out, Art's cryptic teasing got old long ago.  If he's going to make an actual announcement with specific information, then fine.  If not, he needs to learn some humility and STFU.

that might have been referring to Phil Hendrie's announcement of an Art Bell appearance at an event in the future, but he means Phil's infamous Art Bell voice impression...
