Hmmm....Canada.  Given the extreme drought conditions in the US West & Southwest, I wouldn't be surprised to hear of Art bailing out of the desert, packing up the family and heading for Canada.  He could get a work visa for a radio job there, and stream the broadcast over the Internet.  Voila!  Does his non-compete hold up if he's outside the US?

I'm assuming this would have been Keith Rowland responding to the question.
