Clueless and DEAF to what I have written and said in the past repeatedly.

I had jobs that kept changing my shifts when I told them I was attending college which was intended to get me training in the computer field.
I applied for better jobs including jobs in the private sector and both the state and Federal government and had high test scores but did not get hired due to :

1) Lack of experience.

2) Affirmative action.

I was told off the record that IF it were not for that I would have been hired for a position at the VA in the 1980's.

You and no one here knows how many companies I applied at and got nowhere.
I took low paying jobs because it was all I could get AND I was working far more than 40 hours a week because REALLY lazy people were either not showing up to work or calling in sick at the last minute.
No matter what you and the other jerks think on here, I am NOT lazy.
I worked for years for other people and it affected my health in one case when I worked so many hours my health suffered and I woke up with a 104 fever on the first day of a vacation snd developed pneumonia and spent the next year in bed between doctor's visits to inhale pure oxygen 3 x a week.
I have letters of commendation from 2 past employers and one said I was the hardest worker he ever had in his 30 years of business.
Not wanting to work for someone else while they become rich does not equate to laziness.
I got beat up and robbed at gunpoint 3 times in my work career.
I do not want to endanger my life for a very small amount of money.
And I have said in here I would go to work part time if I were physically able to do so.
Don't believe me, just ask Drone how many times I would scream into the phone because of the pain spikes in my legs, ankle, knees, toes or feet.
I'm not talking to him because of his behavior but it has happened when calling or talking to him and others on here as well
I am NOT going to address the " Falkie is lazy " bullshit again.
Nor the fact that I con the government out of benefits.
Neither is true and you and your fellow travelers only do it to feel superior and to keep bitching about the same subject over and over again.
Aside from not wanting to work again full time, I grew tired of dealing with the rude and crazy people encountered in the middle of the night, much like I an tired of dealing with the rude and crazy and obsessed people on here.

On RedBook he once mentioned that he was molested when he was younger but he never would tell the full story.  This could be true.

If you were to find a probably by now retired LAPD officer, he could tell you this was true. He took pictures of me at my arraignment.
I don't know how long my court records stay in the system but my lawyer asked the court to have them sealed and they were at the time.
I do not know about the records of the criminals involved.
And to clear the air I was also molested by a child molester when I was under 12. It's what led to my Father's beating me to death and my spending a year in Walter Reed Hospital for treatment of the burns and injuries. I never got treatment for the psychological damage until I saw a psychiatrist after his death and had panic attacks, night panics and nightmares over it for 40 years until one day they just stopped.
Fuck you Zen. My prescription medications are something in the background that I didn't even think about at the time. They are for high blood pressure, headaches and other ailments and involve no narcotics or drugs one might abuse except for the Prednisone I had to take to clear up my blocked lung function at times. There may be Kathy's medications bottles there as well, I cannot be certain of that.
You and the others can believe I am lying if you wish.
I'm not.
I showed PROOF of my Father's death and if I had the means I am certain I could get the police reports of his abuse of me and my Mother and stories about me being missing in the SF Chronicle and more.
Things happen to me and have happened to me. I don't lie about it and have NO reason to.
If you choose not to believe it, so be it.

And we just got off the phone with Jeff Rense and Peter Davenport about our UFO sighting too.
It happened.
Even if you and the others probably won't believe it as well.

First of all, the story I told Drone was told to in confidence which shows what a scumbag he truly is.
Now here's MY side of the story.
I was 20 years old when this happened and young and very naive.
After I fought off my Father from attacking my Mother while he was literally trying to choke her to death while he was extremely intoxicated, I moved out of my parents apartment in SF and moved to Los Angeles.
I met someone there who both befriended me and screwed me over.
I did something idiotic that I would never do today to try to get my money back.
He had a beat up station wagon and had asked me to charge a $1,000 dollars on MY charge cards to make repairs on his car and that he would pay me back when he got paid from his job the next month.
He lived with his parents and had no REAL job. His supposed income ( which did not exist ) was from a multi level marketing program that he was involved in where he worked part time as a greeter at meetings designed to bring in new clients/suckers. He had NO other income at the time and had lied to me about it.
The credit card bills came in for the repairs and I made the minimum payments because I didn't have the money to make bigger payments and I kept asking him to pay me back for months and he kept giving me excuses and did not pay a dime.
So I decided to go into his house and steal part of his comic collection and sell it for the money he owed me.
I got 1/4 of the money, got arrested for it and put into jail. I got out on bail and eventually paid back the comic book store for their loss. He got his comics back. He never paid me for what he owed me.
I got out on bail went back to San Francisco and got sent back to jail because I had been working full time and did not call my probation officer and she had me remanded to custody.
When I was transported to LA County Jail I was placed in a cell with 4 convicts who had been transported to the jail to testify for other prisoners.
During that night I was informed that my Father had died on Rosh Hashonah.
I sat there sobbing and the prisoners saw me and said I was a pussy, a faggot and worse and forced me under threat of killing me ( and forced me physically ) to have sex with 4 of them and raped me and more.
A young black male in the cell in jail for supposed murder at a party was not involved and I told the jailers that when they opened the cell in the morning.
They separated us and I was placed in another cell for my own protection and was beaten in the shower by a different inmate for being a " snitch ".
I was taken to court and was placed in a holding area with the 4 criminals and had to yell to be removed to somewhere safe.
I went to court, testified against them, was asked about my sexual habits by the defense attorneys ( I was still a virgin at the time ) and they were all convicted of the crime and had more time added to their sentences.
I was released, flew back home and had a nervous breakdown because of the nagging of my Mother about it , the psychological effects of the rapeand because I thought my attacking my Father caused his death. I wandered the streets for several months, was found by the police and was taken home.
We found out after the autopsy that he was drunk, had a heart attack while taking a bath and partly drowned when he slipped under the water.
He had a history of severe alcoholism, emphysema and heart attacks and had been told by his Army doctors that if he drank any more it would eventually kill him.
I had absolutely nothing to do with his death.

Some of this is in public record. I would never do that today and if I had known about suing someone them in small claims court, I would have.
I got probation, completed it and that was the end of the matter.
I did see a psychiatrist for a year after all was done & we talked about both my abusive parents, the rape and more and realized I had done nothing but guilt weighed heavily on me for some time to come until we found out the autopsy results.


As for the class action lawsuit checks, I have bought the products I file claims for. I started doing this years ago when Microsoft sent me $ 80 for Microsoft products I bought in a class action suit. I have received payments for Kellogg's cereal ( Frosted Flakes/Sugar Pops, yogurt, auto headlights and more . ) I got one recently for computer software that was installed on my former PC and have gotten it for other products as well. I sign a claim form stating that I have filed the claim truthfully under penalty of perjury and do so. Many of these claims I have provided receipts for in the past. I don't always keep the receipts for everything but I have bought all the products I file claims for no matter what Drone says.
I have bought a lot of stuff that I qualify for and used to post lawsuit news on the Redbook site for computer and other lawsuits that I felt others might qualify for.

Now as to the rape, Kathy will be doing a video on it tonight and tell the truth of it and not what he thinks it was. His telling of the story is completely wrong.

And as for his wishing to DESTROY my relationship with Noory, it shows what a jerk he truly is. I have told friends of my past. I haven't told Noory because as I had discussed it with the police and the probation department if it would affect my schooling, employment and reputation and they said not to worry about it because of the passage of time and the fact that I was young at the time.

If Noory asks me about it, I will tell him or will just send him a copy of this post.
All of my friends and relatives know about it as well and do not shun me for it nor put me down for it as Drone has.

To Drone and probably others on here, having a nervous breakdown when young becuase you can't handle the guilt and the horror is somehow unacceptable and something to be derided and mocked. I went through hell over it for years.

My transcript has 7 different schools listed and as many CLEP tests as they would allow, but I got it right as my enlistment was completed.
