If a person wants something, they should work for it.  Someone who spent their life refusing to take classes to learn marketable skills, who over a lifetime refused to develop employable skills, and who wasn't interested in starting a small business to provide useful goods or services, doesn't deserve luxuries later in life using funds taken from the rest of us - for what was supposed to provide a social safety net.  They really don't. 

I get it, but we live in a country where the defense department can lose over two trillion dollars and it's just lost. With that in mind, I'm not so broken up about the relatively miniscule cost of our most basic social safety nets.

Sure I will be happy to ask her to do that and once I set up another monitor the Kathy's Corner picture will be shown behind her or I'll take the Westinghouse 17 inch monitor and run it from the Imac and have it appear in front of the Imac as the title card until she sits in front of the Imac.
Oh, the Ipad book I checked out tells how to add TITLES to my Ipad videos and photos so once I get the replacement I will see if it will work with the new Ipad.

In the meantime I just did 2 new videos ( uploading ) and the Annie ( 1982 ) review will be later today and TONIGHT Drone and I will be doing an episode of The Catbox, Litterbox or whatever we're going to call it so that's coming up too. I'm sure Little Chris will be so excited to hear that too.

Didn't need classes to be a cashier. And worked at that for years. If I hadn't been marketable, I would not have gotten hired.
PB is confusing high income with " marketable " skills.
Garbagemen have marketable skills and make a hell of a lot more than a lot of people and they didn't need classes either.
I did go to college and accumulated most of my required courses ( 45 units ) which were neccessary towards a degree, just didn't finish because work got in the way.
Its NOT a matter of refusal.
I would set up my class schedules and they kept changing my hours.
I have considered taking on line classes towards my degree just to finally have it.
