No, George is busy. Just sent me an email asking me if Kathy will be able to move back in after remodel & he told me had been informed about Art's latest bad news post.

That's not a job skill, it's an entry level position.

Not when you've done it for years. And we saw people who could NOT grasp ringing up a simple sale, even after a week of trying & were let go.
I have been a retail manager or assistant manager of multiple stores in the past.
I had to do ordering, accounting,send payroll & sales back to the main office.
I was good at what I did & have run multiple locations for the same company.
I have also seen people trying to learn how to use a PC in computer labs and be incapable of understanding of how to hit the return or enter key.
I worked for companies with multiple locations, one location.
But with mostly working graveyard too tired to go out and start a business or look for one.
My final jobs were evenings and days. Worked 2 jobs on the weekends.
IF I were able to go to work again, I would only work part time.
Too many months of 31 days without a day off and 2-3-4 back to back shifts.
Because people kept NOT showing up to work.
I once worked one location by myself for a week because ALL the employees including the manager & his wife walked out and quit.
Took the company a week to find a manager who was free to come in and take over.
Slept in the business & left sign on the door for customers to wake me up.

The disability is for conditions that do not allow you to work for a period of a year or more. Nothing in the law says anything about being able to walk.
Unlike YOU & others, I know the law and worked on my disabilty claim.
I have not worked for years.
As for identity theft, I had permission to use the card and was there when my Mother got a card in my name and called the company authorizing me to use it.
I had been authorized to use other cards of hers for years when she was alive and with her full knowledge and had paid her for all purchases after she got the bill. Mostly for clothing that I would order while i was at the store or either by mail or online.
I did not use any of those cards after her death and hadn't for several years.

Since I did not know it was illegal at the time, its irrelevant. I have made payments on the card and was only using ONE card.
The card has NOT been used for almost a year, perhaps more.
I didn't keep the bills, just continued to make payments.
The account is closed.

First of all my Mother gave me money before she died. I used that money and not taxpayer to buy equipment.
Second, I was an authorized user on the card before she died. Not only once but twice because her housekeeper threw away the first card by mistake.
She called Amex & allowed me to use her card when she was alive.
That is legal.
Using a card after her death is a civil matter.
I have ( and I am not going to say it again ) made payments on the card before and after her death.

3.Even if you were an authorized user that ended when she died, and you committed fraud by using the card. That is obviously not a civil matter. That is a crime.
4. You are a very selfish individual. You told me that  when you had you lost your rent money you were worried about eviction due to failure to pay. You told me Kathy paid your rent. I was thinking the same thing. It is clearly a crime. Most likely the credit card company would make Falkie sign some paper work  to make him legally liable for the debt. But if they wanted to push it they could contact law enforcement. I suggest Falkie pay off the debt ASAP.

Either way he went out and bought two big screen tvs and other assorted electronics with money that wasn't his and he can ill afford. Even if he is making the payments he is having to pay interest, etc. Given the fact he can barely keep a roof over his head and has admitted he can not afford to eat healthy, he really shouldn't have went out and used this card.

If you are an authorized user on a credit card account, don’t continue to use the card after the main cardholder dies. Because you’re not liable for the debt, this could be considered fraud.
