Incidentally; when it comes to 'people from afar' being moved, my sister in law told me a good one. Several years ago she worked at the Nvidia plant in the UK. They bought a Finnish software company and of course wanted the engineers, not the factory in Finland.

The conference call was set up with the US bosses and the UK bosses, and her being in the HR department was involved. However, they hadn't recorded the intros of the Finnish engineers in Finland before going live to the US. We have a three way conference call and only the Finnish engineers know what is about to happen. Bear in mind, they're resentful and really don't want to leave Finland.

Apparently there were guys dressed as clowns, dressed in gimp masks, dressed in dresses, some wore wigs, one or two mooned to the camera and most gave the bird.

I bet that went well..

Kathy had been telling me for months that she still had $1000 in the bank towards buying a car.
I just got off the phone with her to ask HER for the $84 I need to pay my internet bill and she said she doesn't have it.
so i asked her is that a " i don't have it because you don't want to loan it to me ?
" and finally she admitted she has NO car fund and NO money in the bank towards buying a car.
I busted my ass paying off her gas credit cards for 14 months to help her get money saved up so she could start getting a car again and had been paying off the 3rd bill and was also giving her $25-75 a month to her car fund for months.
I am very hurt by this and god knows what in the hell she is spending her money on but she just called again and she said she is paying on HER credit cards and they keep " fucking her over " whatever that is supposed to mean and that she keeps bringing up the 3rd Prius that died and blaming it on me because to her it was a lousy car that I bought from an Indian and its all MY fault that it died.
I'm pissed at her and she's blaming the fact that we have no car on me because I refused to sell it when it was working because I didn't think it was going to break down.
of course, if she hadn't hit the truck at the post office, no water would have gotten into the car to short out the batteries in the first place, would it ? that is not my fault either, though she has said I was " distracting " her.
its never her fault.
and her bs about buying a 26 year old honda was bs too. she had no money to do anything and said I was " pressuring " her to get a car.
I don't give a damn if I don't have a car for now ( though it would be nice ).
but she lives in the middle of nowhere with lousy bus service.
if i had known that she had NO car fund at all I would have never kept paying off her gas cards
and i can't help but feeling that the ratty one has something to do with all of this as well.

SWT I know you're probably royally pissed off at me right now which is why I am not hearing from you. but since you have no money of your own for whatever reason, please forgive me and ask your wife to help me out one time.
