How did THEY do it to HIM a second time?

Well PayPal has no overdraft fees. They give credit to some but that credit is backed up by your bank or credit card.

My guess is that Senda was not given a refund for the mic. They probably told him something outrageous like he needed to send it back with proof of delivery to get a refund. That is if he used PayPal like he said in the Cat food video.
But there is a bigger problem. In his review Senda says he bought it on Amazon. Well you can not use PayPal on Amazon. PayPal was part of eBay and Amazon does not deal with them. This one is already full of holes.

They haven't done that for me either; but then we don't have a special paypal account with a personal financial advisor the way Senda's does. I have no idea how he secured that particular facility, but I'm also sure it's available if you look under 'account' on the site.

He may also have special sub accounts (that pp manage), for various things he buys. Cat food account. Toys he can't use account. Starbucks account. Pizza account. Tee shirt account. Woo woo account. And of course what is left over he donates to charity.
