these all look like people I would avoid. Why on earth would someone want to take a picture with some old guy in his underwear?

Valid points, sir...valid points...why do people do what they do?

I suppose the maxim of what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas applies in this instance.

George, I think what you do for the cats in your neighborhood is a wonderful  thing.  It is nice to know there are people out there who go above and beyond to provide a measure of comfort for strays.  There was a small business within eye shot of the shelter I worked for.  I think they manufactured after market truck bed liners or something.  anyway, it was an old building and cats would take shelter in the building at night.  The owner set traps (steel not live animal traps) around the building and baited them.  He was tired of the cats shitting all over the place in the building.  We tried to convince him to let us live trap them but he wouldn't budge.  The state finally got involved and shut his trapping operation down after he had killed and maimed a lot of wildlife too. Ii think the old bastard died a few years back and his business closed.   Now i like to think that old building shelters some strays who shit all over the place!

Instead of bitching about it, why don't YOU go and do something about it.
Get the animals caught, neutered and released or socialized so some of them could get homes.
Except for my 3 and Orangey, the 3 gray tabbies used to totally freak out when I came near them.
Now they let me pet them and rub against me.
I think ANY stray has the potential to become a loving and loved pet.
It took 2 years for Fluffy to let me hold him.
He was still that freaked out about being born outside, yet eventually he trusted me and he visits other apartments on my floor and LOVES a five year old boy & one of my neighbors.
Some ferals cannot be socialized & I understand that but they should be given the chance to do so & I do NOT agree with the animal rights nut jobs who think that cats and dogs should be allowed to roam free and presumably unnutered or un spayed to breed incessantly.

Got to thinking about this.

Should we add Jade Helm to the list of dire prediction events that fizzled ?

Are you illiterate George?  You certainly are insulting.    Did you not read a damned thing I wrote?  I have had my ass in the grass with animal rescue far beyond feeding a few around my own domicile for years you huckster.  I own ten live animal traps that I have utilized through the years throughout my community.   Our community instituted a trapping ban because our local shelter now does catch and release.  The only place I can legally trap is my own yard.  Everything I have captured in the last two years lives in my house.  I have five friggin' cats living here and recently took in a puppy.  You talk about doing something?  Why don't YOU get yourself out of section 8 housing...low-income...state subsidized... or whatever the F you call it where you live and stop dreaming of the day someone else sees to it your ship comes in...you feel froggy...jump off that state sanctioned lily pad  boy. >:(

Do cats lay eggs?
No, but they ovulate like nobody's business.  They usually have a littler of 3 to 6 but can have ten or more in some cases.  They can really pop them out there.

Falkie doesn't strike me as a soup man. Too healthy.

Healthy, shmealthy. I was considering the possible permutations of slurping snurfling and gargling sounds.

tv is going apeshit with weather advisories. I can't get either one of the radar apps I use to work. Local weather channel is a joke. Guess I'll have to go old school and sniff the dirt.

Tornado warnings are starting around here.
Heres a storm I caught right off my front porch years ago. Its the only storm video that survives after I moved. I had several videos from this storm, and it dropped actually a couple twisters. Pretty wild to see rotation right above your head. Usually I'm a couple miles away while I'm recording.
