Hey guys,

Ever wonder if SiriusXM relies on Bob Bigelow's company for satellite or launcher products?

Y'know......Art's superrich eccentric alien-seeking buddy Bob Bigelow.....

Who might be a shareholder in SXM?

I still like the idea of an Art Bell Pirate Satellite.

You are missing the point.

If you want to get people to pressure SXM to release Art's NC.  You would want to look to people like Bigelow, who is VERY big in aerospace and satellite technology and services.  You know....the stuff that SXM relies on to keep their transponders humming up there in orbit?

Don't know if this has already been posted, but we need to alert the Time magazine writer who wrote that great 4-page feature article about Art last September.

Great idea!

sounds to me SiriusXM defaulted on the contract. Stream Stream Stream

Some people are already doing it but it might be an idea to post the #freeartbell stuff in the comments section of stories on SiriusXM Facebook page.

That comes up on the page where everyone who visits the SiriusXM page can see it. Also those stories come up in people's own timelines so it will spread the word faster.

Precisely and Art mitigated the harm..... simple and effective.... where's his entertainment law team?

One more thing in the discovery phase I'd delve deeply into C2C and Sirius' dealings in the time just prior to Art's contract. It was no surprise to anyone on C2C when his NC with them was up.

The majority of huffpo writers have their emails available online. If not google search them. Also send them tweets. They pay attention to them.

SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. SIRI +0.13%  : Jim Cramer ranked this stock a Buy. Cramer previously ranked this stock a Buy on September 26, 2013. The stock's 52-week high is $4.18, and its 52-week low is $2.55. Cramer said that he was a buyer of Sirius despite the company not having a great quarter. He said that, if anything, now is exactly the time to buy as the stock dips a little in the sell-off, creating the perfect window of opportunity to become an owner of the stock.
