I don't think so, not when it was Oates who took his campaign to the airwaves and tried to ruin Art Bell's reputation, not vice versa, . Art made a request on his show where Oates was a guest. Oates didn't comply, the two men had a falling out and that began the feud. I heard the show when it aired. Oates was off the wall. Even Noory said after bringing him on that Oates had fallen on hard times. I wonder why. Noory should watch out for a man who bites the hand.

Art's problem with Sirius has nothing to do with the libel Oates spread. False equivalency there.

I'm not an expert on this case, but from what I know the "villain" was Robert Stephens.  He made the allegations not Oates.  All that Oates did was say he "Cringed" upon hearing Stephen's allegations.  Anyway its quite a walk to blame George for Oates having had Stephen's on his show 15 years ago.

I think given enough time it's going to get out there... right now I'm sure it's being looked at and watched to see if it fizzles.  I'm bitchslapping xm's fartbook every few hours with my freeart poster and likes all around for the other freeart comments and pics.  if everybody keeps up with that eventually somebody is going to say something.  OnA have destroyed fb pages before within show segments with their jocktober stuff so this type of thing isnt new.  If we wanna get it noticed we have to keep the onslaught going for however long it takes.

It was obviously a passive-aggressive "fuck you" from Noory to Art...   Sending a message without saying it out loud.   And I don't blame art for taking it as an insult, because that's obviously how it was intended.

I'll try one more time.  My question was about a show a month or two ago I didn't listen to, not about a 15 year old feud I read about over a decade ago.  I asked the question of someone who 1) broached the topic of that specific show, 2) had apparently listened to the show and 3) I respect enough to give a straight honest answer about a topic he had personal distaste for.
