Yes,  Ted Gunderson was the guy.  I think he also was behind the campaign to try and convince people that Art was really working for the New World Order and leading us all down the path to subservience.  Gunderson was a real John B. Wells type of guy.

You remember that Art's son was sexually assaulted and kidnapped by one of his teachers who was also HIV positive.  The case went to court and Oates claimed that there were court papers relating to sexual assault that had Art's name on them.  True but only because Art and his son were the victims.  Oates claimed that the documents proved that Art was guilty of the crime and then used his reverse speech nonsense to try and prove that Art was covering up the facts.  Total lies spread by a small man like Oates.

Yes, so Oates was banned from Coast for life...until Cunt Nugget had him on a few months ago as a clear "Fuck You" to Art for returning to the air.

Thanks for all the hard work.  It looks like the party's coming to a close tonight while we get sidetracked with rehashing the Oates bullshit (which can be found in great detail elsewhere on the forum simply by using the "search" function) and whether or not Art's legal counsel is really his legal counsel.

Agreed. Doesn't sound like a very lawyerly statement. Also very unprofessional to make a public statement like that. Cards need to be held close to their chests. Happy to be wrong if confirmed by Art and Paul but that post does not inspire much confidence.

Yes, I am a bastard with too much time, but I found this going through history.

Nobody can rain on my parade.  I'm a 53 year-old lawyer, tied up for two days with a GF's back surgery.  When I read the last three pages of this topic this morning, I was as excited as when I learned my GF"s surgery went great, and am also acting like a 12-year-old.  Yes, I do have misplaced priorities.  Yes, Art has tweaked us for years.  And yes, I am 99% convinced (can't say 100%) he's coming back!

Unless Surmo knew in July that he would pose as a lawyer and claim he knew something about law when Bell "retired" it seems possible that he is a lawyer... and that leads to the possibility that he is helping Art in some manner. (is retired still the word we are using, or are we saying was forced off the air?).
