Yes, I am a bastard with too much time, but I found this going through history.  Unless Surmo knew in July that he would pose as a lawyer and claim he knew something about law when Bell "retired" it seems possible. (is retired still the word we are using, or are we saying was forced off the air?).

Jeez you guys are a pessimistic bunch that's for sure..  The guy is not discussing any details of the case he's basically just letting bellgab know that Art has sought legal advice. Thank God!!!  He also said he's seen the contract and the correspondence between Art and SXM so it seems to me like he is telling the truth, and based on his previous posts on this site I have no reason to doubt him. Why wouldn't Art want an attorney that knows what the hell is going on already?
