Crazy developments going on with #FreeArtBell and it's nice to see Art call out George on having David John Oates as a guest on C2C. That was a disgusting thing to do, even for Premiere.

Can someone succinctly explain to me what went down with David John Oates and Art? I'm not aware of what happened.

David John Oates was using too many stupid "metaphors" on a show, so Art didn't have him back on. Next thing you know Oates started trash-talking Art something fierce, insinuating some of the most horrific things you can think of about Art and, possibly, forging a fake anti-Philippino racist letter under art's name which went viral before going viral was a thing. He basically did everything he could to make Art's life a living hell. Unforgivable shit. Plus reverse speech is bullshit.

                                                                      STATEMENT TO BELLGAB

On behalf of Art Bell, I am issuing a statement to the participants of BellGab, the fans of Art Bell, and even Art's enemies.

A number of days ago Art and I made contact in regard to his legal issues involving Sirius XM, and now Premiere Radio and Coast to Coast.  Art's desire is to return to the air as soon as possible, and he wanted me to investigate his legal options.  Art instructed me to look into each and every option, and by that he meant every option, after which he will decide which avenue to select to return to the airways.  Every option is on the table, but the preference is for a quick return in a format that Art prefers.

Art Bell is not a businessman, and he made a mistake trusting those who perhaps should not have been trusted.  He is now assembling a team in order to correct that mistake, and will make his decision fairly swiftly.  It is gratifying to note the legal hurdles do not look nearly as significant as initially feared, and I will present Art with a number of legal options in the very near future.  If that is what is required to get a show on the air, Art will proceed with one of those legal options, though the final decision remains with Art Bell.

Those of you who have ideas on how to proceed with the ground troops, i.e. BellGab itself, should feel free to send me a personal message with your ideas.  Videos, posting at certain sensitive websites, and other such actions, are all encouraged if done in a legal manner.

On a more personal note, in doing due diligence I have been allowed to review much of the existing "back room" documentation, and it is everything Art has stated and more.  The failures of the Sirius system have been consistent and widespread, with documentation to support this, and which Art approached Sirius with from Day One.  Records of this exist.  I have instructed Art not to get into too much detail on this until such time as a final legal team and plan of action have been selected.  Suffice to say, the other side frequents this website regularly, and it is wise not to show our hand until we decide to play it.

In conclusion, all legal or other options are now being evaluated.  Art will make a decision in the near future on how to proceed.

I would also say be mindful of what sources you're reading when you read about this online as, judging from Google, it looks like David John Oates has got some fairily high ranking on his own propaganda.

This is why it was so unbelievably slimy for Noory to have Oates on. Of all art's bells guests in antiquity, none has been so vile towards Bell as David John Oates.

Right. It's even worse considering Art's connections to the Philippines. One stupid fucking news outlet in the Philippines ran the story like it was legitimate without checking the sources and, consequently, Art got a lot of undeserved backlash from that. They eventually apologized.

Noory deserves no forgiveness for having Oates on --- especially having Oates on when he had him on.

The only reason that I even half believe it is because Art is online.  Now, he may have left the page up and still be logged in while he punched out and took a nap...  However, if it were complete crap, I would suspect that he would post that here.  On the other hand, with the dozens of pages and how fast this thread moves, there is also the possibility that he missed it. 

Producer Paul was also on since the claim was made.

I do not know if it means that he really is acting in the capacity that he claims... but I suspect we will know by tomorrow...

Wth are you talking about? Art was posting while surmo claimed to be his legal representation. I think if he were lying Art would have said so. I'm a little skeptical myself but let's not jump the gun until Art says otherwise.
