Art & Paul, at what point would you decide that no response from Sirius is synonymous with a refusal of your offer?  One week, two weeks, a month?  If Sirius failed to deliver the content as described in their contract does that provide a legal "out" for the contract and as such the NC part of it?

For now the show is over.

Our only hope now is if Sirius take Art up on his suggestion to broadcast as an independent or if Sirius release Art from his Non Compete. Baring either of those two happening then the show is over for at least 2 years.
